Krásný čistý hotel s perfektními službami.Skvělé jídlo,skutečně skvělé.Obrovský výběr.Velmi chutné.Nemělo to chybu.Úžasný ochotný personál.Skutečně musím vyzdvihnout personál.Jak tam vše fungovalo,to bylo neuvěřitelné,co vše tam zaměstnanci dělali. S obrovským nasazením se o vše starali. Krásný,čistý velký dvoupokojový apartmán s trezorem a ledničkou. Jen pár metrů od od obrovské písečné pláže.V těsné blízkosti městečka,kde nakoupíte suvenýry a můžete posedět v několika restaruracích. Jen kapacita lehátek u bazénu byla omezena,takže kdo nepřišel k bazénu hned jak se v 10 hodin otevíral, tak pak neměl místo.Ale to byl jen detail. My jsme více času trávili u moře.Cestovali jsme za mořem a ne za bazénem. Sem bych jel klidně znovu.

This was my 10th time (I think) and that probably says it all. This hotel has mastered the art of making guests feel genuinely welcome while maintaining a consistently high standard across the board. The staff are not only professional but also warm, attentive, and remarkably good at making everything run smoothly (even when I’m doing my best to complicate things on holiday mode). A special mention has to go to Manager Marina, who is simply superb — any question or request is handled with efficiency, calmness, and a level of care that makes you feel like a VIP rather than just another guest. The overall experience is polished and relaxing: the food is excellent, drinks are spot on, and everything feels thoughtfully put together. The swimming pool area is stylish, well-maintained, and dangerously good at convincing you to cancel all plans and stay horizontal for hours. If I had to suggest one addition, it would be a small gym. As much as the poolside relaxation is tempting, some of us occasionally feel the urge to pretend we maintain a fitness routine — and having a space for that would make this place absolutely perfect. All in all, this hotel continues to be my go-to spot in Fuerteventura for a reason. It strikes that rare balance between quality, comfort, and genuinely outstanding service. Lovely hotel. A little anxious after reading some reviews. Checked in at reception, staff were lovely, smiley and very helpful, explaining everything we needed to know clearly. The lady showed us on a map our room and explained how to get there. We got our tokens there for drinks cups and towels for the pool - beach. We paid a refundable deposit for them both. Your wrist band has your room key on it, which is a super idea and don’t know why everyone doesn’t do this, it stops you loosing it when out and about. Our room was a lovely size, a room with a seating area then bathroom and good size bedroom. We were on floor 3,A block with a sea view, (which unfortunately wasn’t the best sea view we’ve had, we had a tree right outside the balcony) we paid extra for the sea view which was a shame. It was the furthest block away but also very quiet which was amazing. You could cast from your phone to the TV which was a nice touch. The room was exceptionally clean and cleaned everyday. The only thing missing was coffee/tea facilities, usually all inclusive have this in your room, and was a disappointment, especially as the coffee machines were always so busy. Pool area was lovely, comfy chairs and plenty of them at this time of year. The entertainment team were good and got people involved that wanted to, but not pushy. The pool bar was nice, staff again all friendly, and very nice cocktails. Ice cream here was gorgeous. Now to the re-usable cups. We thought it was a great idea, you get a token, hand it in for your drink then get the token back when you finish. This stops cups being left and drinks being knocked over. All very clean and a great idea. The restaurant: Plenty of choice, tasty nice food but (and it’s a big but) food unfortunately more than lukewarm, every mealtime not just once! We did complain one lunchtime, and they took a full lasagna away that was freezing. I had to use the microwaves provided, but you shouldn’t have to do this on holiday. I don’t understand why the food wasn’t hot, we have stayed in hotels, All-inclusive for many years and never had this problem. After reading lots of reviews on here it seems to be an in-going problem, and it’s ok saying it will be looked at and comments passed along to the catering staff, but nothing seems to change!! That definitely needs resolving. Not enough hot drinks machines in the restaurant, there was always a long queue (maybe cos you couldn’t make a drink in your room)! The donuts at breakfast are the best I’ve tasted and the puddings are the best we’ve had, proper cakes, not cheap filled non tasty cream! Better than some 5star, so it’s not all bad. Things to change: Tea/coffee facilities in rooms Hot food rather than cold-lukewarm Would we come again, yes we would, but food needs looking at to ensure it is a better stay. That would make it a 5star

We’re currently 3 days into a 5-day stay and, having read some of the recent reviews before arriving, we were a little apprehensive. However, our experience has been the complete opposite. We genuinely can’t fault this place. For an all-inclusive resort, the food has been excellent, with the seafood at lunch being a real highlight. The entertainment team deserve special mention — they bring great energy and clearly make a real effort to ensure everyone is involved and enjoying themselves. The rooms are spotless and well maintained. We brought our own kettle, which worked out perfectly fine for us. Overall, considering the price we paid, this has been exceptional value for money and has exceeded our expectations so far.

Very disappointing experience. This hotel should not have a 4-star rating. The problems started immediately at check-in. The receptionist repeatedly said she could not hear me and seemed irritated, even though loud music was playing nearby and people were partying in the lobby area. This is clearly a management issue, not a guest’s fault. Finding the room at night was extremely frustrating. The directions from reception were unclear and I had to walk around the hotel in the dark with my luggage trying to find the room by myself. No assistance was offered. We paid extra for a “sea view” room, but the view looked nothing like the photos shown on booking websites. It felt very misleading. When I showed the reception the pictures from the offer, they were initially surprised by my complaint, but eventually admitted that I was right. Unfortunately, after requesting a room change, we were given another room with exactly the same view – facing a building. That night it was raining and very windy. The entrance door to the room kept banging loudly the entire night, making it impossible to sleep. I had to block the door myself just to reduce the noise. At the same time, rainwater from a gutter was hitting the concrete very loudly, which suggests poor maintenance. To make things worse, the TV kept turning on automatically during the night and started playing hotel advertisements, waking us up several times. In the end, I had to unplug it. The food situation was also very disappointing. The hotel clearly cannot handle the number of guests staying there. Food items run out quickly and there are long queues for everything. One morning we arrived for breakfast at 9:00 and there were no eggs left, and we were told there would be no more that day. By the time you finally get your food and find a place to sit, it is already cold. The quality of the food and drinks is very poor. Even tea and coffee were difficult to drink, and the fruit looked old and not fresh. For the price this hotel charges, you can definitely find much better accommodation. I cannot recommend this place and would strongly advise future guests to consider other options.
