Krásný čistý hotel s perfektními službami.Skvělé jídlo,skutečně skvělé.Obrovský výběr.Velmi chutné.Nemělo to chybu.Úžasný ochotný personál.Skutečně musím vyzdvihnout personál.Jak tam vše fungovalo,to bylo neuvěřitelné,co vše tam zaměstnanci dělali. S obrovským nasazením se o vše starali. Krásný,čistý velký dvoupokojový apartmán s trezorem a ledničkou. Jen pár metrů od od obrovské písečné pláže.V těsné blízkosti městečka,kde nakoupíte suvenýry a můžete posedět v několika restaruracích. Jen kapacita lehátek u bazénu byla omezena,takže kdo nepřišel k bazénu hned jak se v 10 hodin otevíral, tak pak neměl místo.Ale to byl jen detail. My jsme více času trávili u moře.Cestovali jsme za mořem a ne za bazénem. Sem bych jel klidně znovu.

We are currently here now, 3 days into a 7 day stay, and so far it is very disappointing. Upon arrival, after checking in, we were sent off to find our own room, in the dark, with nothing but a very basic map. For a supposed 4 star hotel to have no porter service of any shape is poor. There was also little or no information about meals, hotel, services or anything else for that matter! We got into the room, which in fairness is clean, but very basic. No kettle, no cups, no cutlery of any sort. We enquired at reception if we should have a kettle at least, only to be told we could rent one, and then, snuggly, that if we had booked a seaview room we could have had one free. We actually tried but they were all booked, and still paid extra for a pool access room. I feel for anyone with small kids who need hot water! The next day we visited the restaurant for breakfast and dinner, at the specific time slot we were given ( you are given 45 mins to complete your meal!), and were again disappointed. Now, I have to say that we are observing Lent so not eating meat and fish, but the choice for us was so basic. At breakfast the cereal and crackers were stale, certain items were not replenished (even though we were within our allocated slot), and the fruit juice (out of a machine) was both powdery in taste and sour! Come dinner, and we basically had to eat salad and potatoes (which were warm at best). Again, the choice for vegetarians was virtually non existent, unless you want a heat lamp dried out Margherita pizza! Then the final straw today, prior to our 0915 breakfast slot, the cleaner (male) just walks into our room shouting 'hola', without attempting to knock. My partner is standing in the lounge naked as they do, so she clearly tells him to go away! We proceeded to go out for the day, and come back to find our room still not cleaned. The reception seems to have no interest in your complaints. I have stayed at the Barcelo in Caleta on many occasions, but wanted to try Jamdia for a change, and compared to this it is a palace, even though it's the same star rating. I guess we'll be eating out for the rest of the week!

Very disappointing experience. This hotel should not have a 4-star rating. The problems started immediately at check-in. The receptionist repeatedly said she could not hear me and seemed irritated, even though loud music was playing nearby and people were partying in the lobby area. This is clearly a management issue, not a guest’s fault. Finding the room at night was extremely frustrating. The directions from reception were unclear and I had to walk around the hotel in the dark with my luggage trying to find the room by myself. No assistance was offered. We paid extra for a “sea view” room, but the view looked nothing like the photos shown on booking websites. It felt very misleading. When I showed the reception the pictures from the offer, they were initially surprised by my complaint, but eventually admitted that I was right. Unfortunately, after requesting a room change, we were given another room with exactly the same view – facing a building. That night it was raining and very windy. The entrance door to the room kept banging loudly the entire night, making it impossible to sleep. I had to block the door myself just to reduce the noise. At the same time, rainwater from a gutter was hitting the concrete very loudly, which suggests poor maintenance. To make things worse, the TV kept turning on automatically during the night and started playing hotel advertisements, waking us up several times. In the end, I had to unplug it. The food situation was also very disappointing. The hotel clearly cannot handle the number of guests staying there. Food items run out quickly and there are long queues for everything. One morning we arrived for breakfast at 9:00 and there were no eggs left, and we were told there would be no more that day. By the time you finally get your food and find a place to sit, it is already cold. The quality of the food and drinks is very poor. Even tea and coffee were difficult to drink, and the fruit looked old and not fresh. For the price this hotel charges, you can definitely find much better accommodation. I cannot recommend this place and would strongly advise future guests to consider other options.
