Krásný čistý hotel s perfektními službami.Skvělé jídlo,skutečně skvělé.Obrovský výběr.Velmi chutné.Nemělo to chybu.Úžasný ochotný personál.Skutečně musím vyzdvihnout personál.Jak tam vše fungovalo,to bylo neuvěřitelné,co vše tam zaměstnanci dělali. S obrovským nasazením se o vše starali. Krásný,čistý velký dvoupokojový apartmán s trezorem a ledničkou. Jen pár metrů od od obrovské písečné pláže.V těsné blízkosti městečka,kde nakoupíte suvenýry a můžete posedět v několika restaruracích. Jen kapacita lehátek u bazénu byla omezena,takže kdo nepřišel k bazénu hned jak se v 10 hodin otevíral, tak pak neměl místo.Ale to byl jen detail. My jsme více času trávili u moře.Cestovali jsme za mořem a ne za bazénem. Sem bych jel klidně znovu.

We had a really lovely week - was slightly nervous after some of the reviews but everything was great. We ended up upgrading to all inclusive as the drinks average at €7 and lunch was also more expensive than paying for all inclusive for the week. The rooms are incredibly spacious with loads of storage and you can connect your phone/ipad to the tvs so can watch Netflix etc.The breakfast buffet was amazing every day and the hashbrowns were our favourite thing, they also had a omelette making station which was delicious. The all inclusive lunch buffet which is served by the pool was always good, lots of food including burgers, hotdogs, chips, sandwiches, sweet pastries etc. At the pool bar there is an al a carte menu you can order burgers, chicken tenders, salads, poke bowls etc but even with all inclusive you have to pay but the food is amazing either way. Dinner wasn’t as great but always found something and my boyfriend enjoyed it every day. There’s always lots of activities with live music every night and the hotel is very child friendly with a kids club, mermaid school and face painting. The hotel is always clean and the staff are super helpful and welcoming. there’s a supermarket next to the hotel and the beach is only a few minute walk away. I think the people complaining are just looking for the negative things - it’s not a super expensive hotel so you can’t expect an amazing luxury 5* hotel but I actually think the hotel is not far from 5* quality. I really recommend!!!

Had a really good time at this hotel,we had a sea and pool view room which was great. Very clean and tidy.Room cleaned daily. Entertainment team..fantastic,I enjoyed the pool biking! Only thing I didn't enjoy was the food, always cold, luke warm at best. Evening entertainment was ok, was a shame that people wouldn't get up and dance and didnt seem to encourage the artists, just sat there watching. I would definately come back

Lovely, very clean hotel. Lots of storage space. Staff very helpful and always with a smile. Towels changed daily and room cleaned. Entertainment round the pool was good and not too pushy if you want to relax and not join in. We found the food fine - show cooking for meat and fish so that was definitely not cold as straight to the plate. 2 coffee machines so didn’t have to wait for a morning drink. We did find the restaurant busy between 7pm and 8pm so avoided those times and was much better. Left out of the hotel is Toxica Bar which was lovely for a drink. We also went on a catamaran trip which was great! We would definitely return.

This was my 10th time (I think) and that probably says it all. This hotel has mastered the art of making guests feel genuinely welcome while maintaining a consistently high standard across the board. The staff are not only professional but also warm, attentive, and remarkably good at making everything run smoothly (even when I’m doing my best to complicate things on holiday mode). A special mention has to go to Manager Marina, who is simply superb — any question or request is handled with efficiency, calmness, and a level of care that makes you feel like a VIP rather than just another guest. The overall experience is polished and relaxing: the food is excellent, drinks are spot on, and everything feels thoughtfully put together. The swimming pool area is stylish, well-maintained, and dangerously good at convincing you to cancel all plans and stay horizontal for hours. If I had to suggest one addition, it would be a small gym. As much as the poolside relaxation is tempting, some of us occasionally feel the urge to pretend we maintain a fitness routine — and having a space for that would make this place absolutely perfect. All in all, this hotel continues to be my go-to spot in Fuerteventura for a reason. It strikes that rare balance between quality, comfort, and genuinely outstanding service.
