Krásný čistý hotel s perfektními službami.Skvělé jídlo,skutečně skvělé.Obrovský výběr.Velmi chutné.Nemělo to chybu.Úžasný ochotný personál.Skutečně musím vyzdvihnout personál.Jak tam vše fungovalo,to bylo neuvěřitelné,co vše tam zaměstnanci dělali. S obrovským nasazením se o vše starali. Krásný,čistý velký dvoupokojový apartmán s trezorem a ledničkou. Jen pár metrů od od obrovské písečné pláže.V těsné blízkosti městečka,kde nakoupíte suvenýry a můžete posedět v několika restaruracích. Jen kapacita lehátek u bazénu byla omezena,takže kdo nepřišel k bazénu hned jak se v 10 hodin otevíral, tak pak neměl místo.Ale to byl jen detail. My jsme více času trávili u moře.Cestovali jsme za mořem a ne za bazénem. Sem bych jel klidně znovu.

Definitely not a 4-star hotel and not on Melia level I am used to. You can only book at least half board, but when you arrive you directly have to choose a time for breakfast and dinner. Not have yet eaten there because of a number of bad reviews on cold food in bad quality…. The room is ok, but would need a fresh paint here and there (e.g., edges of door or bath tube). Then you can get a pool-/beach towel for a deposit of € 10 and for EVERY exchange you pay € 1.-. Never had to pay for an exchange of towels in a 4-star hotel so far…. Last but not least: the crowd…. Ballermann at its best… Germans all over most likely on all inclusive… all chairs “blocked” at the pool. Next time when I am in Jandia/Moro Jables, I will stay at RIU again - next door…

We stayed at this hotel 2 years ago and had a great holiday so much so when we decided to return to Fueataventura it was our first choice. So this time around we again had a lovely stay but the hotel didn't reach the heights of our previous visit. The daytime activities & evening entertainment was brilliant much improved from our previous visit. The rooms and accommodation was as expected but the housekeeping wasn't as good and a bit sporadic some days it was great as previous others just a case of empty the bin. The food wasn't quite as good, the breakfast was good. The Luchtime selection was good and we thought it was superior to the evening which was a bit luke warm and didn't quite hit the mark this time around. Last time we had no issues with WiFi but this time it kept dropping out not quite sure why. The entertainment team, the catering team & the staff in general are helpful friendly & welcoming and a credit to the hotel. Overall we would still recommend this hotel.

1st thing to say is, from the minute we arrived to the day we left, the staff here were great. Our flight out there was delayed, so we arrived very tired at 2.00am. The man on reception could not have been more helpfull, which was a sign of things to come. The hotel is spotless and easy to navigate. We enjoyed the food and wine, there's enough choice so we never struggled to find something we liked. The shows in the evenings were great and lots of fun. We have a 15 year old who's hard to please, he thought two of the nights were fantastic! Location is great, just 5 mins from the beach, where we went for a walk most mornings. This was one of best holidays we've ever had. We just did not want to go home! 100% returning, possibly later this year.

We had a really lovely week - was slightly nervous after some of the reviews but everything was great. We ended up upgrading to all inclusive as the drinks average at €7 and lunch was also more expensive than paying for all inclusive for the week. The rooms are incredibly spacious with loads of storage and you can connect your phone/ipad to the tvs so can watch Netflix etc.The breakfast buffet was amazing every day and the hashbrowns were our favourite thing, they also had a omelette making station which was delicious. The all inclusive lunch buffet which is served by the pool was always good, lots of food including burgers, hotdogs, chips, sandwiches, sweet pastries etc. At the pool bar there is an al a carte menu you can order burgers, chicken tenders, salads, poke bowls etc but even with all inclusive you have to pay but the food is amazing either way. Dinner wasn’t as great but always found something and my boyfriend enjoyed it every day. There’s always lots of activities with live music every night and the hotel is very child friendly with a kids club, mermaid school and face painting. The hotel is always clean and the staff are super helpful and welcoming. there’s a supermarket next to the hotel and the beach is only a few minute walk away. I think the people complaining are just looking for the negative things - it’s not a super expensive hotel so you can’t expect an amazing luxury 5* hotel but I actually think the hotel is not far from 5* quality. I really recommend!!!
