H10 Costa Mogan

Nice hotel , staff were very friendly and helpful , reception were very attentive at all times especially Ina. Rooms were cleaned every day . if you wanted tea or coffee ,milk water etc in your room there was a charge per day for this which I think the cost of the holiday it should have been standard to replace.al a carte restaurant very good , food was ok my only gripe was that it was warm on most occasions could have been more hotter , and a microwave in the restaurant was there if you needed it to be hotter which I think is a bit of a put off , salad choice was brilliant and so were the desserts. Drinks are self service in the dining hall and outside if you wanted which I thought was a good idea, there's no rush for the sunbeds as there always plenty during the day around the pool. There's not a lot to do around the hotel so if you like that sort of tranquility it's ideal , you can catch buses across the road opposite the spar shop to anywhere you want and at a reasonable price. Entertainment at night was very laid back and not over powering so you could here yourself speak. Checkout is 12 pm but we're able to keep our room till 2pm for a small charge of €25 which I think was a good price as we were being picked up for transfer at 3.15pm. Overall I would say if you want a quiet and relaxed holiday this hotel does the job

Nice pool view room on 3rd floor We found the hotel extremely quiet with no wow factor about it . Food that was ment to be hot was always luke warm ,therefore i ate salads all week which were pleasant, but could be repetitive. Drinks were good and staff lovely and friendly . Evening entertainment was actually boring Not many guests sat and watched it. Seating in the inside bar area very uncomfortable. Would not stay at this hotel again

Just coming to the end of our stay sadly. Without exception all staff friendly and helpful ,no request seemed too much trouble.They clearly work very hard. Isaias from animation team is a credit he works hard to include everyone in the activities with such a positive attitude. Hotel lovely and clean and you can clearly see staff undertaking daily maintenance. Food is plentiful and overall we enjoyed all of our meals.It is obvious how hard they work to prepare this. we appreciated the quieter location of playa del cura but we visited other areas very easily ,the taxis are reasonable ( buses also easy ) A Special thankyou for the lovely surprise on our wedding anniversary ,a hand written card wine and chocolates delivered to our room.

Recently returned home from a one week family holiday at H10 Costa Mogan. The hotel was immaculate, as was the room. The room was also very spacious with an excellent sea view (Junior Suite - 1037). Every single staff member I encountered, from reception staff, right through to the cleaning staff, could not have been more friendly and helpful; no one would pass by without a smile and an ‘Ola’. A special mention must go to Isais, who arranges the afternoon activities ranging from Darts and Table Tennis tournaments, to fitness and stretching sessions….Isais is incredibly friendly and tries hard to ensure people participate in activities and bring some light hearted fun to your afternoon. Also a special mention to Yanet who works tireless in the lounge bar in the evenings. The lounge bar was the only slight negative i have of my stay (and it is a very small negative on reflection of the full week). However generally there was only 1 staff member serving in the lounge bar (which is open from 6pm until midnight). As this is the only bar available in the evenings, it was fairly busy most nights, with a lot of customers (myself included) making use of the All-inclusive facilities and drinking cocktails. The cocktails are all made from start to finish to order, which meant with only one staff member working, the wait for a drink could be quite lengthy on occasion. The food was varied and plentiful, lots of options each meal time and from memory I can’t recall one item of food which I couldn’t / didn’t eat for quality reasons. There is also a gym within the hotel which became very useful as the weather during my stay wasn’t great for the final few days. There are 7/8 workout machines as well as free-weights. The hotels location is somewhat isolated, there isn’t a whole lot in the area to do or see on foot. I knew this before I arrived and I was still content to come to this location, however if you like long walks into local areas then this hotel probably isn’t for you. But if your plan is to stay in a very nice hotel and spend your holiday by the pool and seafront, then I’d highly recommend H10. (I would add that the nearby towns of Puerto Mogan and Puerto Rico are easily accessible by bus, should you wish to travel a little further afield. The bus service was reliable and is pretty cheap also). On the whole a thoroughly enjoyable week (weather aside) and I’d gladly visit again.
