H10 Costa Mogan

Stayed in May for 11 nights . We had a suite. The views were fabulous, the balcony was huge with sunbeds, table and chairs and a jacuzzi. We spent a lot of time here. The room was very spacious and. Twin beds very comfortable although the one did slide around a bit . Annoying when you are a restless sleeper. We ate at the à la carte when open. food and service were first class. Breakfast and lunch in main restaurant was good. Evening meal was a less enjoyable , maybe just busier so more waiting about for food to be cooked , replaced. . Didn’t use the snack bar, not into fast food. All staff were fab, couldn’t be more helpful or pleasant. A few issues with the shower but they were resolved almost immediately. My only gripe was the privilege lounge. On a number of occasions throughout our stay we had to ask for ice and lemon and certain drinks to be replenished and glasses etc not collected regularly enough . A small gripe, I know but it is a service you pay for. The resort is quiet but so easy to get a bus anywhere you wanted to go. We will definitely visit again .

Fantastic 5 night break in April easter holidays. Adults only hotel. Easy check-in - glass of cava and soft drink offered as soon as got to check-in desk. Given loads of information about the hotel. Room had wonderful sea view and had a double bed plus a double pull out bed. Room had everything you needed and was very clean and tidy. Restaurant very well played out with plenty of tables. Great choice of food at all meals. Plenty of sun beds around the pool - no need to reserve as beds always available. Pool bar / snack bar offered a very good choice of drinks and food. Evening bar just as good. All staff were absolutely amazing and could not fault Would definitely return and recommend this hotel.
