H10 Costa Mogan

My partner and I stayed at the H10 Playa del Cura hotel in June 2026 for a week and we loved it. The room was spotlessly clean, and the cleaners came everyday and maintained the high standard throughout. The food on offer was varied and of good quality. Likewise with the drinks. We always found space by the pool each day and there was ample sunbeds available. The entertainment at Mogan Lounge bar each night was varied and enjoyable! The staff were very friendly and attentive. We would definitely come back again.

Very underwhelming experience. Whilst the hotel is generally kept very clean and tidy Vaping is allowed everywhere not just in the smoking areas. Food is poor and repetitive and apart from at breakfast water in chargeable unless your on all inclusive. Sunbeds would also be a problem when hotel at full capacity as they do get reserved even though signs say not to but no enforcement or action. Today is checkout day and we were told yesterday to check this morning about keeping the room on. Yesterday we were told we could keep the room till 1 at least and they would check whether the 3pm we asked for could be done (at charge) today it’s a NO even to the 1pm and what makes it even worse is that they are not making available any courtesy room for a shower before departure just luggage storage behind reception! Sitting in reception for 5 hrs will definitely mar the whole holiday experience and has in effect reduced the holiday by a day due to no shower/change facilities being available. In all my years of travelling I have never 👎🏽 been to a hotel where they have not provided a courtesy room for late flight departures and this should be reflected in the hotel details. I am a UK Travel Agent and will certainly be advising against booking this hotel.

Great Hotel staff polite helpful Chatty great rapore Beautiful clean room Chamber maids spotless work.Great selection of food At all sittings.drink reasonably priced.We are both in our eighties we were upgraded ground floor room direct access to pool . not a great deal to do in resort but buses outside to neighbouring town and very low cost In all a 1st class experience all round made out holiday a pleasure

Ate at Costa Fusion, where the restaurant’s vibe was immaculate. The staff where so friendly and helpful. We didn’t have too wait long for the food and when it arrived it was phenomenal!!!! Once again massive props to all the staff they couldn’t be any more helpful and made the experience amazing!!!!

Yet another hotel within the H10 group we have stayed at and yet again our expectations were exceeded ! From the moment we arrived until we sadly departed we were looked after in every department . The staff were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. From the reception team to all the front of house teams and not forgetting the teams largely behind the scenes, kitchen, house keeping and garden/pool teams . We took advantage of the “Privilege “ package which we would recommend. The added benefits really are worth having ! A special mention for the Costa fusion restaurant and the staff who looked after us. Thank you Brian and Toni and the rest of the team . The food offering in the main restaurant was also of a high quality and was varied on a daily basis . I have to say that , as with all the other H10 hotels we have stayed in, the hotel was kept spotlessly clean ! Can definitely recommend !!!
