The staff is wonderful always ready to help. The surroundings are fine. the only thing I can complain about are the mattress on the bed. The food is good and the staff there are great. see you next year. greetings Haffi

Excellent family stay! Bungalows are really clean & comfortable. Pools are brilliant for children - our 6 &8yr old really enjoyed the slides. Food was good & lots of variation. Lovely drinks (I recommend the strawberry daiquiris!) Friendly staff really keen to make your stay as good as possible. Would recommend!

We had a one bedroom bungalow (large bed in the main bedroom and then a sofa bed in the lounge) with a modern bathroom with decent shower. The chairs and loungers directly outside each accommodation was a nice touch. We didn't use them a great deal but it was good to know we always had somewhere to sit outside our accommodation if needed. The hotel and grounds were lovely and well maintained. We relaxed by the main pool (nearest the main restaurant/, reception) and it was ideal for us. We enjoyed the aqua aerobics daily at lunchtime. I also enjoyed the 11.30am classes (pilates, yoga etc) as there was a lovely dedicated area for this. The staff were friendly and reception was helpful when I wanted to ask about local buses etc.

This hotel is in a good location. It is quiet around the hotel but it is within walking distance or a short taxi ride from the beach, cafes and restaurants. The atmosphere in the hotel complex is friendly, relaxed and peaceful. There were lots of families but everything was very relaxed and chilled. The entertainment team also did lots of fun activities and games. All very well run. The rooms are very nice and cleaned regularly. We had a superior suite and it had everything we needed including towels and toiletries supplied. We thought it was good value. The food in the restaurant was really lovely and we all had plenty of choice. The snack bar was also fantastic. The staff are all lovely and all work very hard. They are very helpful. We had a fanatic holiday and would definitely consider going to Theo’s hotel complex again.

Visited as a family of 4 with children around 10 years old. Room - Superior suite - I hadn’t realised when booking that all the rooms are little bungalows, gives a different feel, in a good way. Overall a little cramped with an 8 and 10 year old but generally good. There’s a sofa bed in the main area then a separate a bedroom with a huge bed for the adults. Air con and a double shower work well. Food - I would say the food was better than the reviews, particularly the Emblem restaurant. Well worth booking both this and the Trattoria upon arrival. The buffet (Picnic) was as good as can be expected. We ate out on a few occasions which helped break the monotony, Way2Brothers is worth a look round the corner. Pool - The only disappointment considering it’s heated. Outside temperature was about 22 degrees and it was too cold in the mornings to spend much time in. Even the children only lasted about 30 minutes. Later in the day it was better. Kids stuff - My children aren’t too worried by the entertainment but even with that in mind it could be better. Location - About a 20 minute walk to Playa des Ingles, which isn’t very exciting, or a bus/taxi to Maspalomas where the dunes are. Taxis are easy to come by so it worked fine. Overall would recommend.
