Weve just had an amazing 4 nights and cant wait to go back. From the great food, attentive staff and immaculate grounds, we couldn't have asked for more. The whole place is so clean and well maintained, there was never a time someone wasn't busy with landscaping or deep cleaning communal areas. We had a kids bungalow which was fab! So much attention to detail to make kids feel special. My son loved his room and the bag waiting for him to colour in. This is a very family friendly place but its still peaceful and did not feel over crowded. Being able to get a sun lounger without difficulty was a real plus everyday. The location is great with private access to the shop which was so good. Lots of places to shop and eat in the surrounding area. Take advantage of the buses. We were told by the reception staff where to get the bus and we were on our travels everyday. We look forward to going back again.

Lovely well run family hotel. Staff are all so friendly and helpful . A credit to this hotel, especially the bar and restaurant staff Rooms are great as little bungalow type of apartments with own patio with sun loungers. Restaurant great selection of food but often cold as not heated or covered over. Two good pool areas , one for children but they can use the adult one as well. All kept immaculate. All inclusive worth it although they are bars and restaurants a short walk away when you fancy a change. Courtesy bus to Maspalomas beach on a morning and picks you up on afternoon but to get to Playa del Inglis beach front it’s a good 25minute walk or €6 taxi ride. All in all a nice hotel but wouldn’t return as too from beach for us.

Just back from a lovely week in a standard one bed bungalow at HD Parque Cristobal (room 112). We took our 11 month old baby, and I’ve never known a hotel so child friendly. I really loved the bungalow concept- you get much more than just a hotel room, you actually get outside space with sun loungers/chairs and table. This with a kitchenette was perfect for us, and the quieter location of our bungalow was good too- I wouldn’t personally want to be right by the pool or restaurants, but I'm sure some would. Just some thoughts from me: The good: - Multiple pool options, perfect for kids and adults - Handy shop literally just outside the complex - Garden areas were kept immaculately and areas were constantly being maintained - Cleaners very good and worked hard - Staff were generally friendly - I thought the key card on a wrist band is a great idea - Wifi is fairly quick and reliable - The bedroom had lots of storage for clothes - Large TV with channels in different languages (just on the slow side to boot up each time) - Air conditioning was excellent in the bedroom, not quite as good in the lounge - Fridge had a freezer compartment and worked well. - Buffet had a decent variety, but the quality not always the best (especially juices not being actual juices!/coffee machines not that great). But breakfast was better than dinner. - Free bus to Maspalomas beach and only a 25 minute walk to Playa del Ingles. Could do better: - The bungalows could do with a bit of modernising/touching up - Sofabed wasn’t the most comfortable as a sofa, and was stained - Mattress was firm and creaked - There were only wine glasses in the kitchen- no normal drinking glasses, and no tea towel - There was no caffeinated coffee in our bungalow, so we had to buy some - Plumbing wasn’t the best- it took about 3 flushes to flush toilet paper and the drains made some interesting noises and smells - It cost 21 euros for use of the safety deposit box for a week- this should be included as standard - Pool towels should be included without any sort of deposit - A suggestion would be to allow customers a rough choice of location of their bungalow i.e. quiet or by the pool, as everyone is different! All in all a very enjoyable getaway, that could be improved with some small changes. Would definitely come back.

We had 1 week at HD Parque Cristobal. Beautiful location, with enough things to do for adults and kids. Staff is very polite and serviceminded. Rooms are clean, and its a good space for family. Supermarket very close, and 10-15 minute walk to Yumbo.
