HD Parque Cristobal Gran Canaria

Lovely hotel nice and clean all the staff were very friendly. Air-conditioning in the bungalow was very welcome. Our trip was all inclusive and the self service restaurant was kept well stocked with a good variety of dishes. The nearest beach was almost 2 kilometres away but there was a free bus service if you didn't want to walk. This is an ideal place for all ages if you prefer a mix. There are several pools to cater for younger children and a main pool for leasure rather than for serious swimming. The entertainment was more aimed towards younger children and certainly not for those that expect a Broadway show.

This was our second visit to HD Parque Cristobal GC and it was as enjoyable as the first time. From reception all the way through to check-out after 10 nights, everything was absolutely perfect. The chalet accommodation was spotlessly clean comfortable and spacious, the faulty kettle was replaced within 1 hour, and the housekeeping staff were friendly and very good at their job. The food was varied, hot and very tasty, and the staff responded to our requests for help quickly and politely. Drinks included in our all inclusive package were perfectly good and readily available. The grounds and amenities were immaculately maintained and every effort was being made to ensure guests were not disturbed or disadvantaged by essential works. The entertainments team kept us...entertained. All this led to a very relaxing, enjoyable and memorable holiday. Thank you.

We had a great stay here during May 2026. The grounds were quiet, no issues getting sunbeds. The pools were warm, the main pool was probably around 30C by the end of the day. Food was plentiful and of good quality. All inclusive beer was Amstel which is available at a number of self service taps around the property. The property was spotlessly clean and grounds well maintained. We loved that everything ran in straight lines and the kids could easily find their way about. There is a supermarket joined on to the property. Animation team were great. Special shout out to Fabio and Gavi who worked so hard to keep the kids entertained.

Great Holiday! the animation team made our stay!! Im a bit late in writing this as we stayed back in February.. But illness has delayed my review.. Loved this hotel, good food, always fresh and something for everyone, it was lovely and relaxing and if you want the night life, not. too far away. Loved the bungalows.. Very clean and spacious My friend Joan and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.. I big shout out to the beautiful Sofia and the amazing Marco & not forgetting Jade. We had such fun with them and they worked their butts off!! We are ladies in our 70’s and Sofia, Marco & Jade made our holiday special... but more importantly, they made us feel so special. The atmosphere they created, was inclusive, professional and friendly. From the start they connected with us on a personal level, meeting our needs with respect. The team mixed with all ages, children, teenagers and elderly, in a varvety of activities.. Their shows were professionally produced and very entertaining, and we particularly enjoyed watching the kids taking delight and pleasure from their performances. Their engagement was with everyone. Off duty they didnt change, and we loved seeing them professionally and personally, every day they made us laugh.. They made our holiday memorable with Such personable personalities.
