Amazing staff ! Food was lovely - went to this hotel each night I stayed to see my family and we was well locked after not on price also for all you can eat.

This was our 3rd time visiting Servatur (2nd since its renovation) as a family of 5. Location: The hotel is situated up a very steep hill, so bare this in mind if you have mobility issues, cost of a taxi to the bottom is around 5 euros or you can walk the several hundred steps. Short walk up the hill to a small selection of bars, shops and mini golf. The views from the hotel are amazing! Pools: Pools are lovely, with a separate children's splash pool, infinity pool, main pools and slides. However, this is the only holiday I have ever been on where I have found the pools a little too warm, likely due to the time of the year. The pools are extremely busy with children being allowed access even into the infinity pool, which did spoil the experience. The biggest issue with the pool area is how slippy it is. This is an unchanged problem since we visited 2 years ago that has not been addressed. The multiple steps and tiles surrounding the pools are beyond slippery and very hazardous! Sunbeds were not an issue as we mainly located ourselves around the children's splash pool; however, the main pools appeared very cramped and busy. Food: The selection and quality of food served is really good with no complaints. Dining Experience: The hotel only has 1 main buffet-style restaurant, which is not enough for the number of people staying here. It is absolute carnage in there, which definitely spoiled the dining experience. The all-inclusive plus guests have access to a cornered-off section of the dining room especially for them, which is great; however, we found on multiple occasions that this area had lots of empty tables with no tables elsewhere in the restaurant for us to sit. This was quite irritating as all-inclusive guests should still be able to expect to get a table at meal times! Drinks/Bars: There is only 1 main bar located near the restaurant and outside seating area; this resulted in very long queues in the evening. The cocktails served to all-inclusive guests were awful, premade, poured straight out of a bottle and tasted disgusting; we had to purchase proper cocktails at an additional price! You have access to self-service soft drinks, hot drinks, wine, prosecco and beer, which in general was good, but almost daily we found throughout the day and night these were either not working or had run out. Rooms: Rooms are lovely, with comfy beds, nice bathrooms and a large balcony. Not much difference between full and partial sea views though. Cleanliness: The rooms were cleaned daily and kept lovely, with no issues. The staff work really hard here; however, my one gripe was that the outside seating area in the evening was filthy from day mess. It seemed no one went round and cleaned this area throughout the day or evening, leaving rubbish everywhere in the evening to the point I would have to pick up rubbish left around a table to be able to sit comfortably. This is such a shame because the area and views are beautiful. They have facilities such as a football pitch and children's park which our children made use of, and there were always activities to get involved in. We did have a lovely holiday however, we felt that the hotel needs certain tweaks to put it at the standard it should be at.

Visited here July 2026, a group/family of 5, 2 of us vegan (adult and 10 year old). Most food has allergen labels close by, things that do not are obvious that they do or dont contain allergens, eg- a bowl of nuts, or fried eggs. My 10 year old felt he was very limited, admittedly he is more fussy with foods than myself. Neither of us ever went hungy, however the overall lack of options compared to the non-vegan options were apparent. Some things that you'd maybe expect to be vegan had added egg, or milk. Eg- pasta and guacamole. There is always fresh fruit and salad! There is always chips. Risotto was nice, when it was vegetable or mushroom. Tomato soup was sometimes an option. I never enquired about the bread/rolls/soft tacos, i just assumed these were plantbased/vegan. I shall upload my food pics. There is an interactive menu outside the restaurant (near the arcade) where you can look at allergen info (although this stopped working). Absolute top tip- go the resturants as soon as they open, then you will get to use tongs for the foods they are intended, whereas if you go later i noticed cross contamination from people who are oblivious. Eg- creamy fish and sauce tongs ised in the brocolli. Dessert options are a no go, but Spar shop next door do an amazing pistachio tub of icecream! And mango. The gelato place in the lobby have about 3 flavours of sorbet which are vegan. Hope someone finds this helpful.
