Had the most amazing de-stress massage by Emily in the spa. Deep tissue massage to sort out all the knots. Lovely, thank you very much :-)

The main areas of the hotel are lovely and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. However I'm not sure it is 5* standard, our bedroom was quite tired, the pool had tiles missing and the pool umbrellas has tissue stuffed into them to make them stand straight. On arrival we were given arrival drinks and cold towels which were very welcome and also a leaflet 'standards of common courtesy etiquette' this included not reserving sunbeds, unfortunately people were reseving beds from 7.30am and then disappearing until 10.30am. The toilet at the pool was also an experience. There is a sign that indicates the toilet is mens and womens, however when you go in, the women have to walk past the urinals to the one cubicle at the back. Not what I would expect from a 5* hotel. The restaurants are very nice and the food is good. The cafe would be much better if it had a choice of different cakes and not the same ones that are served at breakfast. Most days the ice cream had also run out by early afternoon. There isn't really much around the hotel and it is a 20 minute walk to the marina.

August 2026. Perfect holiday. Staff are amazing 👏 Weather was perfect and the food in all of the restaurants at the marina were so good. A 10 min coastal walk to the marina from the hotel with beautiful scenic views. Already booked for 2027!

Over the years we have stayed in a number of Secrets resorts, and similar brands in the Caribbean and Mexico but we through it was time to try out something closer to home. We have had a week at Secrets Lanzarote staying in an Ocean Front swim up with Preferred Club and we are really impressed. It is a lovely hotel with a very high level of service and great staff. The food is probably the best we have had in any hotel of this type, with plenty of variety and lovely fresh ingredients. Coping with a food intolerance on holiday can be tricky but with the fantastic support of Carla and her colleague Laura from Guest Relations, it was a breeze.They made sure the restaurants knew about the intolerance and had the kitchen prepare dishes to avoid any issue. They also checked in the following days to make sure everything had gone well. Fantastic service and we couldn’t ask for more. As I have already said the staff were great but a special shout out to Valeska, who seemed to be working in every restaurant, and also to Valentina, good luck with your Masters. Finally, the nightly entertainment was really good, so many talented musicians and dancers. And thanks to the hard working bar team delivering drinks throughout the evening. We will certainly be back for another relaxing week.

Lovely Hotel resort with many pools. Stayed B/B. Breakfast ticked all the boxes. Decent spacious room with balcony. Overall, very prompt & attentive service throughout all areas. Spa €25 for 2 hrs is worth the visit. Room was cleaned every day. 10 minutes walk from the marina & restaurants & 10 minutes (€11 by taxi) to puerto del Carmen for beaches, restaurants, shops & visit Biosfera shopping center. All in all fantastic weeks holiday. Would definitely return!
