OCÉANO Health Spa Hotel - Tenerife

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I found the property to be clean, well maintained, and generally of a high standard. I was also particularly impressed by the attitude and professionalism of many members of your staff. The reception team, housekeeping staff, and restaurant staff were consistently courteous and helpful throughout my stay, which contributed positively to the overall experience. However, I was disappointed with the experience at the spa. The level of service did not meet the same standard as the rest of the hotel. On multiple occasions, the massages finished approximately 5–10 minutes earlier than the scheduled duration. In addition, most of the spa reception staff appeared to have an unfriendly or dismissive attitude. The only exception was one gentleman at reception who was consistently polite and professional. I hope this feedback is helpful and can be used to improve the spa experience for future guests.

From meeting the delightful Paula at reception upon arrival she set the tone for her whole team in every department of the hotel to give the best service to two weary Mayr gut troubled customers - most perfect holiday wonderfully supported by literally every member of her team unfailingly every day

Charming, beautiful and peaceful location, calm and peaceful atmosphere, spacious room with a balcony offering stunning views. The pool and garden were absolutely lovely. The breakfast was fantastic (apart from mediocre coffee) but the dinners mixed. Other facilities - gym, sauna were great and I enjoyed some of the treatments. Sadly the tennis court was neglected - such a shame as it could be restored with minimal investment and for me it's a great draw.

I had a lovely time staying in your hotel, as did my friend. The staff were delightful and the view from my room was spectacular. I felt very well on my return home, thanks to all the treatments. It was only a pity that I don't speak German. I think it was hard for the yoga teachers to instruct in 2 or 3 different languages at the same time and still ensure that everyone was doing the exercises correctly. This is my only minor criticism during a very happy week spent with you in Tenerife.

I’ll be returning here time and time again. I was in dire need of having a reset. And that is exactly what I got! I did the FX Mayr detox programme for 10 days. It has given me such a boost. And the hotel itself has lovely grounds, great facilities (including outdoor pool, access to natural swim sea pool, well equipped gym, great selection of sauna and steam room, heated indoor pool, spa with some of the best treatments I’ve ever had, beauty treatments and lovely restaurant with local fresh ingredients) My room was perfect, extremely clean and comfy. Loved falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves. All the staff were so friendly and helpful.
