Good environment. excellent service. Therapist SRi is professional.

Sri did a great job of giving me a gud, relaxed and a gentle massage.. it was so relaxing and body warmth.

Water villa is pretty good with the jacuzzi and the main buffet is so delicious.

Though in general we were a bit disappointed with the Centara Mirage experience - we went on a Luxury Escapes package and were expecting Adults Only but this is self Proclaimed the best Family Holiday experience on the Maldives! - great for families but not so for couples - It was low season so thankfully not crowded. The over the water accommodation wete new and of a high standard, the staff were friendly, but the highlight was the two massages I had at the spa with Karin - was expensive but worth it. The spa was a five star experience.

Our family of four (2 adults and 2 children) recently spent 8 wonderful nights at Centara Mirage Lagoon Maldives—4 nights in a Beach Villa followed by 4 nights in an Overwater Pool Villa. While the resort itself is beautiful, what truly made our holiday unforgettable was the incredible team who consistently went above and beyond. Pre-Arrival & Arrival Our experience started even before we arrived. Su Myat Noe was extremely patient and helpful throughout our email exchanges, answering our questions and accommodating our requests, making the planning process smooth and stress-free. Upon arrival, BB gave us a warm welcome and made the check-in process effortless. During our stay, Timi noticed our family taking photos and kindly offered to take one for us. It was a simple but thoughtful gesture that gave us one of our favorite family photos from the trip. Our Villas Both the Beach Villa and Overwater Pool Villa were perfect for our family of four. They were spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with families in mind. We loved the modern lighting and room controls, the generous storage space, and the convenience of having plenty of electrical outlets with built-in USB-C charging ports. These small details made a big difference during our stay. The Beach Villa especially impressed us with its landscaping. The thoughtful placement of plants created excellent privacy while still allowing us to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. It was clear that the villas were designed with comfort, practicality, and family privacy in mind. Dining Experiences We enjoyed dining across the resort, and each restaurant offered something special. At Sailhouse, the team consistently made us feel welcome: * Alex was attentive and hardworking. * Suraj at the live station remembered our love for butter chicken after only a few days and would prepare it whenever he saw us. * Nozima always greeted us warmly and checked that everything was going well. * Jeewaka, the pastry chef, was incredibly kind. * Amjad kindly helped us get ice when my wife had a bruise, and even checked if we needed assistance from the clinic, showing genuine care. * Moosa, Ibann, and Chinta were always attentive and happy to assist. At Aqua, we loved the variety of dishes and the abundance of flavors in every meal. A great family-friendly detail was the availability of kids’ meal options outside of the restaurant’s usual theme, showing great attention to detail and understanding of their target guests. * Chef Billy Joe warmly welcomed us after learning we were fellow countrymen. * Rygin was friendly and accommodating. * Waheed created beautiful table art for our final dinner, making our last evening extra special. Suan Bua was another highlight. We loved the menu options and variety of flavors, and we appreciated the family-friendly approach, including kids’ meal options beyond the main restaurant theme. Thank you also to Suranga at Dolphin Bar for always keeping our drinks topped up with a smile. Kan at Spa Cenvaree provided one of the best massages I’ve experienced—it was so relaxing that I fell asleep during the treatment. Housekeeping A big thank you to Priya, whose housekeeping was consistently excellent. Our villa was always spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained throughout our stay. Special Mentions Three people deserve special recognition for making our stay even more memorable. Saeed demonstrated exceptional professionalism and hospitality. Originally from Aqua but serving at Sailhouse during our stay, his F&B experience was evident through his attention to detail, warmth, and consistently excellent service. Dele from Suan Bua created wonderful memories for our children. He made origami frogs for them and surprised them with little treats, showing genuine kindness and care that our family will remember long after our stay. Kumar, the F&B Manager, was always approachable and took the time to stop by, greet us, and have genuine conversations while ensuring we were enjoying our experience. His warmth, knowledge, and leadership were reflected throughout the resort. Thank you to everyone at Centara Mirage Lagoon Maldives for making our family holiday so special. The beautiful resort, thoughtful design, and exceptional team made this one of our favorite family vacations. We leave with wonderful memories and hope to return again in the future.
