The Embassy Valletta Hotel

Very pleasant hotel in fantastic location in the heart of Valletta. The staff were superb. We asked to be moved to a quieter room and recommend this as Strait Street is very busy with Bars and restaurants. The Rooftop Restaurant provided fantastic breakfasts with amazing views.

I feel mean not giving the hotel 4.5/5 stars. We had a deluxe room (room 210) and it was great - heard a little noise from the street outside in the early hours from the street cleaners, but managed to sleep through this after the first night. Hotel pool and restaurant on the 7th floor were great. Breakfast was good quality and we ate there one evening and were not disappointed. One thing that could be improved as the housekeeping service. We arrived back at the hotel gone 4.30pm, and the room was still not made up by the cleaners. We had left the 'please make up my room about 9:30am. Extremely disappointed to have to call down to reception with a complaint. But to their credit, the receptionist notified housekeeping to get their butt's in gear.

Great location. Room clean and nice and quiet. Breakfast good - what you would expect. Staff friendly and remembered you. The night manager on the desk very helpful at helping me locate my taxi (it wasn’t close by) at 4:00 am. Walked me through the dark and empty streets which I wasn’t confident doing in a place I didn’t know by myself as a woman. Also a good level on communication before and during my stay.

Fantastic hotel in the most convenient location in Valletta. Large, modern rooms with large bathrooms, refrigerator coffee and welcome prosecco and pastry. Very nice breakfast included with inside/outside tables, specialty coffee, pastry and hot buffet. Restaurant turns into a great restaurant with a fantastic view. I would highly recommend the Embassy Suite Valletta for all visitors do Malta.

We have just returned home following a week in Valletta at this wonderful hotel. We really enjoyed our stay, everything was perfect. It has been noted however, the view from the rooftop pool, bar and restaurant really is beautiful, especially after the sun has set. We spent many memorable hours up there just gazing away with a delicious cocktail in hand. Our room was lovely, the breakfasts were delicious however, it's the staff that work there that are the icing on the cake. Every single member we encountered and interacted with were so professional, but extremely friendly and caring and we thoroughly enjoyed chatting with them. If you are planning a stay in Valletta, do not miss out on this experience. We just want to say a huge thank you to everyone for making our stay in this beautiful city amazing! Amanda and Peter xxx
