The accomodaion was fine, and the housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. However, our TV didn't work, and, despite reporting it, the TV remained unrepaired for the duration of our stay. The breakfst, if purchased separately, was unduly expensive.

The hotel is in a great location, with Naxxar cafes and bars just a short walk away. Staff are friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious, all freshly prepared, beautifully presented and healthy. We booked the breakfast only option, but ended up having dinner at the hotel every evening because the food was so good. The hotel itself is a peaceful oasis, with a quiet bar, relaxing garden dining area, pool terrace and well designed spaces. We chose a small room that was very clean and comfortable, with a great Juliet balcony view of the garden. The spa is , with lots of treatments on offer, an indoor warm pool and a sauna area. We booked a massage, which was 10/10. To round up, there is so much on offer for such a small hotel, and the trip was excellent value for money. We can't wait to return.

I stayed in Room 306 next door to the jacuzzi. Quiet area. A couple of points re my room - the full length mirror is in such a position next to the bed that you can’t actually use it because the bedside unit blocks it. The bath has no nonslip mat or hand rails and on several occasions nearly came a cropper! Additionally the marble step down from the bathroom into the bedroom should have some grip strips too. The courtyard/pool area is lovely and well maintained. During my stay, a bar snack order took over 40 minutes to arrive. There was a bar man on duty and one server. At busy times - lunch - more staff are needed to be on duty. I ordered focaccia but that was not what turned up. I didn’t argue after waiting for so long. However the pasta pomodoro I had the following day was excellent. I think this is a bit of a hidden gem and would stay here again. 5 minute walk to Naxxar centre.

Fantastic and really clean rooms, great food and really friendly staff. The atmosphere in the spa is one of the best we've ever visited. Really recommend for anyone who needs a peaceful escape.
