Helpful staff on arrival (helped with heavy cases, thanks) Roka and Abinash on reception both SUPER helpful thanks. They went out of their way to answer queries and help with extra requests, Thanks to you both.... Breakfasts were 1st class, large choice each day including varied "corner" with interesting changes on a daily basis.(e.g. live omelette station, American, Mexican, French) Evening buffet had plenty of choice, delicious. Good selection of Maltese wines incl by the glass. Attentive staff in dining room, in particular thanks to the terrific twins as per other mention below, Andrew and Soma and the other gentleman with the great moustache whose name I did not catch sorry. Cleaning staff in block 3 really helpful and friendly. Great hotel run mini-bus service into Valletta and Sliema should you wish We did not have time to use the tennis courts or spa as we were out exploring too much so cannot comment on that. Overall great value for the time of year we attended. (Small point but some of the bathrooms towels were incredibly thin, one so thin it had a hole in it. I did report this to the duty manager at the time who said he would tell housekeeping)

Very nice hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff very friendly and polite. Easy to get around for sightseeing with a complimentary shuttle bus to Valletta( make sure you book). Uber and Bolt cabs were plentiful and cheap. Visit Medina and Rabat if you come. Sliema and St Julian are close by for bars and restaurants. Would recommend the hotel and we will return.

We stayed at the hotel for the last two nights and overall had a very nice experience. The check-in process was excellent — the reception staff even showed us the way to our room, which was a very thoughtful touch. Our room (2106) was lovely, very clean, and had all the amenities one could need. On the second day, I booked a 55-minute massage but unfortunately it only lasted about 40 minutes. While the masseur was friendly, this was a bit disappointing and didn’t feel like good value for money. We had breakfast twice and one buffet dinner. The breakfast was decent but could improve in terms of quality. That said, the Maltese twins working in the restaurant were fantastic servers and really stood out for their service. Overall, we had a very pleasant two-day stay and would happily come back.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in a very spacious and well equipped family room (on arrival we were upgraded from a corner room). The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially the manager Brian, Zwonko in the restaurant and all the reception staff. Brian suggested places to visit and even assisted in sorting our rental car. The food was varied and the restaurant had a relaxed atmosphere. The hotel itself was quiet, overlooking the Wied Gholleiqa Nature Reserve and the animals in the adjoining garden area were an added attraction. The hotel is well placed for exploring Malta and we made use of the courtesy minibus into Valletta. Thank you to all concerned.

I would absolutely recommend this place to stay when visiting Malta. From arrival, staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was amazing, extremely clean and spacious. The location was ideal for my group, close to St.Julians, Valetta and Sliema, however not everywhere was within walking distance. The hotel's facilities over-all were fabulous and well maintained. Again, I would highly recommend this place to stay in Malta, especially for its outstanding hospitality.
