Urban Valley Resort & Spa

Lovely location and great staff. We arrived late and were disssapointed with our rooms. . They needed a good refurb and one room had a horrible smell. Bathroom was old, shabby and toilet constantly running. The next morning we complained and the receptionist was great. She changed our rooms straight away and our rooms were lovely. Had a facial and reflexology session in the Spa, therapist were great. The pool was lovely with plenty of beds. In general the staff were all lovely and it was a very relaxing holiday. Great mini bus service to Valetta and Selina. Got Uba taxis for the return journeys and it was only 9 euros. We found the evening buffet poor, little varied dishes and not hot. However we did enjoy our stay and did a few day trips.

I have loved being here working for many months. I want to live here forever!

During our conference, Deepak was exceptionally cooperative, professional, and friendly throughout the entire event. He was always approachable, responsive, and willing to assist whenever needed, which made the planning and execution process much smoother. I would also like to recognize the colleagues who managed the IT, coffee breaks and lunch service. They were equally amazing—courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Urban Valley took care of all of our needs. The grounds are beautiful and serene, the food was delicious, the facilities are top notch and the staff are kind and attentive. It's a great environment for a business conference or a vacation!

I recently stayed at Urban Valley Resort & Spa in Malta and had a fantastic experience. The location was excellent, offering a peaceful atmosphere away from the busy tourist areas while still being close enough to explore the island easily. The surroundings were beautiful, with plenty of greenery and stunning views that made the resort feel relaxing. Special mention to chef kunal rajesh and the lovely woman working the bistro on the 4th of june!
