Urban Valley Resort & Spa

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in a very spacious and well equipped family room (on arrival we were upgraded from a corner room). The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially the manager Brian, Zwonko in the restaurant and all the reception staff. Brian suggested places to visit and even assisted in sorting our rental car. The food was varied and the restaurant had a relaxed atmosphere. The hotel itself was quiet, overlooking the Wied Gholleiqa Nature Reserve and the animals in the adjoining garden area were an added attraction. The hotel is well placed for exploring Malta and we made use of the courtesy minibus into Valletta. Thank you to all concerned.

I would absolutely recommend this place to stay when visiting Malta. From arrival, staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was amazing, extremely clean and spacious. The location was ideal for my group, close to St.Julians, Valetta and Sliema, however not everywhere was within walking distance. The hotel's facilities over-all were fabulous and well maintained. Again, I would highly recommend this place to stay in Malta, especially for its outstanding hospitality.

Management, reception , house keeping and restaurant staff were exceptional. Very warm, welcoming, helpful, accommodating and nothing is too much trouble for them. This is our 3rd year stay and we wouldn’t go any where else. Brian the general manager, Martina, Kurt, zvonho, Andrew and Athi were simply brilliant. They made sure that our stay with them was comfortable and special.

A lovely clean, and spacious hotel, loved the pool areas. The one thing I would iked to have seen was a microwave in the appartment. Staff were very friendly, and helpful.
