During our stay in Room 3310, we encountered an issue in our room and spoke with the Duty Manager, Adrian. He was helpful and professional, and addressed the matter in a timely manner, which we highly appreciated. Despite this, we had a very enjoyable holiday overall with my wife and children. We would also like to highlight that the breakfast was excellent, and we had the opportunity to try dinner as well, which was very well prepared. We would happily return in the future.

We had a great 5 day stay in this hotel. All staff very helpful and polite. Hotel very clean and tidy and rooms of a very high standard. We were half board and food was different every day not a french frie in sight. Only down side towels very thin and juice at breakfast made with powder and water. When your giving such a high standard everywhere else these small details let you down.

Last week, I attended a two-day conference at the Notch. In addition to the excellent content presented throughout the event, I was particularly impressed by the outstanding service provided by the staff. The venue itself was very pleasant, and both the coffee breaks and lunches were of excellent quality. I would definitely recommend this place as an ideal venue for conferences. I recently had the pleasure of hosting an event at The Notch Conference Centre, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From start to finish, the service was very professional, attentive, and seamless. A special thank you to Monika, who was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She made everything easy and stress-free, ensuring all our requirements were met with great attention to detail. A special mention to Deepak, one of the waiters that provided outstanding service. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly. I also want to highlight their excellent wireless audiovisual system, which worked seamlessly throughout the day without any technical issues—something that really enhanced the overall professionalism of the event. I highly recommend The Notch Conference Centre for anyone looking for a well-organized venue with exceptional service.

Helpful staff on arrival (helped with heavy cases, thanks) Roka and Abinash on reception both SUPER helpful thanks. They went out of their way to answer queries and help with extra requests, Thanks to you both.... Breakfasts were 1st class, large choice each day including varied "corner" with interesting changes on a daily basis.(e.g. live omelette station, American, Mexican, French) Evening buffet had plenty of choice, delicious. Good selection of Maltese wines incl by the glass. Attentive staff in dining room, in particular thanks to the terrific twins as per other mention below, Andrew and Soma and the other gentleman with the great moustache whose name I did not catch sorry. Cleaning staff in block 3 really helpful and friendly. Great hotel run mini-bus service into Valletta and Sliema should you wish We did not have time to use the tennis courts or spa as we were out exploring too much so cannot comment on that. Overall great value for the time of year we attended. (Small point but some of the bathrooms towels were incredibly thin, one so thin it had a hole in it. I did report this to the duty manager at the time who said he would tell housekeeping)
