Excellent stay at Urban Valley All staff were friendly & very helpful, especially Peter on the Thistle bar, a lovely hard working guy. Very clean & good food. Would definitely return.

Our first visit to Malta was made extra special by staying at this wonderful hotel. We have stayed in many hotels that offer corporate hospitality but the team here were genuinely lovely and caring. Nothing was too much trouble, such as the specially cooked scrambled eggs just the way I like them along with the decaf lattes. Everyone was super friendly and the hotel offered a relaxed atmosphere and spotless rooms. The shuttle bus was well organised and really handy. I am hoping that the hotel can respond to this, I have been on a quest to find comfy pillows back in the UK and would love to know the brand of pillows used as along with the super comfy bed, the pillows were the best I have ever tried. We were up in the penthouse room so I do not know if our bedding was standard. We would definitely return to this hotel, we chose it partly for the tennis courts and are so glad we did! We had a great 5 day stay in this hotel. All staff very helpful and polite. Hotel very clean and tidy and rooms of a very high standard. We were half board and food was different every day not a french frie in sight. Only down side towels very thin and juice at breakfast made with powder and water. When your giving such a high standard everywhere else these small details let you down.

Last week, I attended a two-day conference at the Notch. In addition to the excellent content presented throughout the event, I was particularly impressed by the outstanding service provided by the staff. The venue itself was very pleasant, and both the coffee breaks and lunches were of excellent quality. I would definitely recommend this place as an ideal venue for conferences.
