Le Meridien Ile Maurice

My stay at Le Méridien was truly mesmerizing and exceeded all expectations. From the elegant ambience and beautiful interiors to the impeccable attention to detail, every aspect of the experience reflected luxury, comfort, and warmth. The culinary experience was equally exceptional. The food was absolutely delicious, with every meal thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. A special mention to the bakery, which was simply outstanding—the fresh breads, pastries, and desserts were irresistible and quickly became one of the highlights of our stay. What made the experience truly unforgettable, however, was the incredible team. Every interaction was filled with genuine hospitality, kindness, and professionalism that made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our visit. A special thanks to Roshan, who was amazing, humble, and always ready to help with a smile. His dedication and thoughtful service made a lasting impression on us. I would also like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Alexis, the Front Office Manager, whose grace, professionalism, and attention to detail were exceptional. Alexis ensured that our stay was seamless and memorable from beginning to end. It is the people who transform a beautiful hotel into an unforgettable experience, and the team at Le Méridien has mastered that art perfectly. We visited le meridian for one week in june 26, we had the best time. Our rooms were perfect, we had the junior suites. The atmosphere was always on point with live music and singing every night. Location is good too, we had rented a car so it made things easier. The buffet was amazing everyday of the week was different with lots to choose from. The head chef Mr Ali was amazing, his hospitality was great!! The night staff manager Akash was so professional and cared for us very well. The Nomad manager Dik V was also excellent and looked after all our dinner and lunch needs. The lady who did our house keeping i didn't catch her name but she was the cleaning supervisor, very very sweet & caring. Always made sure we were comfortable. The guys at the hut on the beach offering daily complimentary activities like kayak, glass boat and snorkelling were also so amazing. Overall cannot fault the hotel, everything was perfect and better than imagined. Thankyou @Le Meridien ILE MAURICE. We will meet again :))

Hospitality was very good and the property is amazing.

We had a brilliant two-week stay at Le Méridien. We’re glad we let ourselves be encouraged to upgrade to the Nirvana area (adults only) whilst we were there. It was lovely to have our own pool and restaurant right on our doorstep. On arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Nitasha, who made a special exception to let us into the breakfast buffet and, thanks to her great dedication, was able to get our room ready earlier than planned. Our room was very well looked after, thanks in particular to the housekeeper, Sheila, with whom we developed a friendly relationship and who repeatedly delighted us with lots of little touches. Many thanks for that, and to her boss, Alwin, too. The activities on offer within the resort, some of which are free, are highly recommended. Among other things, we went archery with Chris, who gave us excellent instruction and was really lovely and attentive with kids. The food was, without exception, excellent and very well-balanced. The chefs do a brilliant job and take all queries regarding allergies and intolerances very seriously. Overall, we were very satisfied.
