This hotel is an absolute 10 out of 10! ❤️ All the staff were incredibly kind, warm and friendly. We felt so well looked after from the very first day until the end of our stay. The service was simply outstanding! A very special thank you to Sanjanah, Keesen, Sheenaa, Tanu and Veronica. Each and every one of you made our stay even more special and added so much warmth and beauty to this already wonderful place. everything was exceptional, the beautiful property, the breathtaking surroundings, the wonderful evening events, and most importantly, the warmth and hospitality of the entire team. One of the biggest highlights was the unexpected upgrade to the Royal Suite. It was absolutely beautiful and made our stay even more special. The attention to detail, comfort, and overall experience made it feel like a truly memorable getaway. A very special thank you to Nisha and Sachin, who went above and beyond to make our trip perfect. Their support was not limited to the hotel, they helped us plan our entire itinerary, including the events happening at the property, countryside visits, transportation, and places to explore in Mauritius. Their recommendations and personal attention made it so much easier for us to enjoy the country without having to worry about the details. The evening events at the resort were another highlight and added a wonderful atmosphere to our stay. There was always something to look forward to, and the combination of the beautiful location, activities, food, and hospitality made the experience truly special.
