Hilton Cancun, an All-Inclusive Resort

Had an absolutely amazing time here! My sons treated me to a holiday here as I celebrated a big birthday last month. We all came out together it was our first time in Cancun so didn’t know what to expect. Often it can be hit me with the quality and consistency of high-end hotels. However, everything about this holiday was outstanding, the food the service the hospitality, cannot fault it. Want to say special thanks to William (what a guy!) Asteorith, (beautiful person 💖) Jodar, Angelo, Diego, Nicolas, and everyone who I’ve forgot! They work so hard to make your stay a happy one. They go out of their way and nothings too much trouble and I’d love to return. Entertainment was awesome! Took part in a lot of activities. Loved the shows and the foam party with music! Our room was spacious and housekeeping did a fabulous job to keep it clean, thank you to those people too! Would love to come back in the future 💖 thanks again. Tina, Chris & Angelo 🙏🙏🙏

Had a great few days in the pool. Some of the events were fun. I had a nice afternoon playing Blackjack in the pool with our dealer Yoda. Good trip

Amazing experience overall . Went to Sunan restaurant for one evening and our server named German was very nice! We had a great time in this restaurant and highly recommended to others!

I stayed at Hilton Cancun with my family which included a 3.5 year old and MIL. The ladies at the kids club were so friendly to my son. We visit each morning after breakfast during Family Time. My son wanted to visit the Kids Club just to speak to Arge, Griss, Paulina, and Nath. All the staff at Hilton were great. The servers knew by son by name and would say Hi to him as they walk by. The servers at the pool knew our drink order days after our first drink order. The food was excellent, much better than any all inclusive I’ve been to (including the dinner buffet). Reservations were easy to make and food options were plentiful for my picky son. The pool and kids pool were great. The beach was small. We overcame this by bringing sand to the beach chairs by the sand. Overall, we had a great vacation.

Willie made it so much fun in the Lilly pads for yoga. And his gentle yet powerful speech at the end about courage and perseverance and loving yourself meant so much to me. The other activity guys were all amazing too. Yoda and Nico are fantastic. And Israel at the front desk help our week start great. He always knew how to help us.
