Hilton Cancun, an All-Inclusive Resort

I had such an amazing time in Cancun. Ivan took care of us better than any server we’ve had at any cancun resort. He told us it’s his first day but it did not seem like it at all. Thank you Ivan for all your hard work. We can’t wait to see you next year!!

We eloped and booked this trip last minute and were absolutely blown away. From check in to check out, we were treated like royalty. All restaurants were delicious. Adrian at La Luce made our last night very special with a unique, traditional Mexican dessert and stellar service all around. Additionally, Monica at the reservations desk was super helpful and accommodating. We booked a cabana one day and had a great time thanks to the service provided by Marcos. Our room had a beautiful view of the sunset and was thoroughly cleaned with the mini bar stocked every day.

We had amazing relaxing time and all the employees here were so nice. On our final night at the Italian restaurant our server Adrian showed us an amazing experience with fire and alcohol and a really awesome red pear I’ve never seen before. My wife and I got married last week and we are both 23 years old and even at our young age, It was an amazing experience here and I couldn’t recommend it enough. Every area is so clean that I walked around the entire facility barefoot and never felt dirty. The food at all the actual restaurants were amazing, and the food in the buffet and outdoor pool areas were also very very stomach satisfying. The view is amazing on either side of the hotel, so you really can’t go wrong any way you choose. My wife and I had an amazing time.

Just came back from a fantastic vacation at Hilton Cancun! The room was spacious, very comfortable, and well-maintained. I especially loved the mattress—it made me sleep like a baby every single night! The food was absolutely delicious, and the steakhouse was definitely the highlight. I had fitness classes there through Fitness Exchange and had such a blast with all the people who participated! A big thank you to the amazing entertainment team Angel, Saul, Rocko, Jose, Javier and more for helping me with everything I needed, Paola from onboarding team also helped me with getting my family to airport on time! With all the pleasure experience, I can’t wait to come back again!

It was amazing stay at the Hilton Cancun with my family. 5 star experience all around. From the ladies at the Kid’s club, Pedro, Our server, by the pool and Salvador, our server at the breakfast restaurant. We had an amazing time. Clean, amazing food and amazing service. My only complaint is the resort is very far from town and the price for a taxi is $$$$. The hotel has a daily shuttle bus that fills up quickly so plan ahead of time and book the shuttle for the day you want to go into town well ahead of time. We will definitely be back.
