Hilton Cancun, an All-Inclusive Resort

Entertainment team is awesome!! Very friendly and patient to lead the activities and activities are so much fun ! Diego and Yodhir are great!! Their enthusiasm make the event much more enjoyable! Good Job!

Stayed 4 nights with my family (my wife, our 12-year-old son, and me) and had a great time. The resort was very clean, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. I wish I remembered everyone's names because they all deserved recognition. The nightly shows in the amphitheater were a lot of fun, especially the Michael Jackson tribute—it was surprisingly well done. During the day I also tried the archery and macramé class, and both were enjoyable. One unexpected highlight was Casino Night. You play with fun money, but the highest scores win prizes at the end, so it was a fun challenge. My son also enjoyed many of the activities around the resort. The pools were excellent, and the buffet always had fresh food with plenty of choices. One recommendation: try the fresh soursop juice from the cart near the entrance. It's difficult and expensive to find back home, but it's included here and was delicious. I looked forward to having it every day. Our room was clean, and the resort brought in a rollaway bed for our son, which made sleeping arrangements easy (other than my wife's snoring! 😄). The bell staff was outstanding. They were always happy to arrange taxis, which typically arrived in about 10 minutes. Transportation in the Cancun area can be a little different than what some travelers may expect, but the hotel staff made everything simple. On our departure day, they arranged a shuttle large enough for all of our luggage for about the cost of a taxi, and at the airport another attendant helped wheel our bags to the check-in counter. It made the trip home stress-free. We also visited the nearby outlet mall. It was fairly quiet during our visit, but security was visible and we felt comfortable walking around. The highlight there was the indoor multi-level go-kart track. It was my son's first time driving a go-kart, and since it was just the two of us on the track, it made for a really memorable father-and-son experience. Overall, we had a relaxing vacation and would definitely consider staying here again.

While I would have loved a more carefree and upbeat atmosphere with music etc., Julian, bell man, was the highlight staff of the stay. He always stopped to make sure things were going well and answered any questions we had.

We are just finishing up the most fantastic trip to this Hilton. The entire staff is so friendly. The pools are beautiful the food is fantastic. Communication is so good. Candelario and Humberto in the taqueria absolutely made our trip. We got tacos from them for lunch/snackies every day of our trip and they are amazing. Such fantastic hospitality. Highly recommend the tacos Al pastor. They will make sure your food to alcohol ratio is spot on.

I want to give a shout out to Angelica from the lobby bar! She was amazing! Always making sure we were good! And okay! She was super friendly gave us alot of option and just kept us with us! This is why we kept freaking ting the lobby bar for her! She was amazing! Hands down the best!! Please ask for her if you find yourself around the hotel lobby bar!
