Hilton Cancun, an All-Inclusive Resort

Kids had a great experience, they loved the pool and kids corner. Staff were very friendly and helpful with all our requests. We had a great time at Hilton.

Just okay overall. Lots of screaming children racing through the lobby. "Hand crafted" pizzas not available. The only place serving pizzas is the Azulinda and they won't make one till after noon. Explain that to a hungry 3 year old. After check-in the bed linens smelled of perspiration and the room was hot. Staff from the hotel finally showed and were able to set the temp lower than the thermostat would allow me to set. No hair dryer in the room or bar of soap...and no ironing board. Experiences at the restaurants were marred by certain items not available at the 5:30 seating...so...make the best of it. Maybe lower your expectations.

From check in to check out everything was outstanding! Max at check in was very welcoming, checked us in quick, provided us with a beach bag and waterproof cell phone holders! Hilton upgraded us to ocean view room! Room was perfect size with comfortable bed, couch, balcony had two chairs, table and a bed/couch and a great view! Making reservations for dinner was easy on the app. Best all inclusive food we have ever eaten. All items were fresh, with a great variety. Service in the restaurants was exceptional, especially Israel in the steakhouse. Breakfast was buffet style but a lot of variety from traditional American breakfast items to authentic Mexican items. They also have a shake bar with a lot of different items available. Beach/saltwater not great there but the hotel can’t control that but they sure did try with a barrier in place to keep seaweed out and crew raking/removing seaweed with wheel barrows. Pools were very nice with a great view. Pool bar service was exceptional everyday, especially Noble at the adult pool and the bartender at the adult pool, didn’t get his name. Slight issue with people bringing young children to the adult only pool. Didn’t make sense because the family pool was almost identical and it had an awesome kids waterpark next to it which I’m sure our children would have enjoyed more than a quiet adult only pool. Poolside taco hut was great for lunch! Lobby bar was great place to get a drink and hang out while waiting to go to dinner. House keeping did a great job cleaning daily and restocking mini fridge. Short trip from Cancun airport. I highly recommend the Hilton Cancun All-Inclusive resort!

This was the best all-inclusive that we have ever stayed at! The food and drinks were excellent in every restaurant we went to. It is easy to make reservations online once you check in. The resort is gorgeous and the amenities are all well done. Willliam from the gym was very friendly and a great instructor. Angelo was also super helpful and upbeat. All of the staff went above and beyond and were very friendly. There were several Fitness classes offered daily as well as entertainment in and out of the pool. Desserts and drinks were all well done and had a huge variety!The location is gorgeous and overlooks the ocean. The views from the pools were great! The kids pool had lots of options and was right next the ice cream shop!
