Hilton Cancun, an All-Inclusive Resort

We spent 10 days there in March and had a great time. Most days were spent relaxing by the chill pool. We were a group of seven in total, so we had to be at the pool by 7:30 to get a block of chairs together. Taco bar by the pool was great. The BBQ buffet by the pool was great too. Restaurants were relatively easy to book, even for a group of 7. La Luce was the favourite restaurant. Staff was friendly and very good. There are a variety of events during each day and evening. Yodh was fun, leading us through macrame and then we helped bring him up to speed as a dealer for in-pool blackjack. Roberto was a great drinks runner, taking care of all the pool loungers.

Perfect for families. We had such a great experience at this all-inclusive resort. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property was beautiful, the amenities were well-maintained, and there was always something enjoyable to do. What really stood out the most was the staff. They were incredibly attentive and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great stay. Whether it was at the restaurants, from David by the pool, or with Javier the bellman, everyone went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and taken care of. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable trip, and we would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a stress-free, enjoyable vacation.

The food overall is just okay but for a resort that markets itself as a family resort the kid-friendly food options are slim. Also, it’s like critical experiences are afterthoughts. The playground? Right next to the only smoking area. Who does that? The kids corner fills up every day. This resort is 100% pool activities. The pools are crowded because that’s all there is to do. The beach is a non-starter. If that’s your thing, stay elsewhere. If you want a resort where kids run wild unattended while the parents drink, this is your place.
