Great time for a family reunion. There is something for all ages. Special shout out to Brandon for helping us at the front desk and the Riu Kids Land team for keeping our children happy. The food was good and Playa Delfines is a great beach. There will be some noise at night due to the RIU parties atmosphere.

My stay at RIU Ventura was outstanding from start to finish. The level of hospitality exceeded expectations, and the staff consistently provided attentive and professional service throughout my visit. The cleanliness of both the room and the overall property was exceptional. The room was well maintained, comfortable, and provided a relaxing environment after a full day of activities. The amenities were equally impressive, and everything was easily accessible and in excellent condition. The location is ideal, and the all inclusive experience was seamless. Food, service, and overall operations were efficient and well managed. I had a superb experience and genuinely have no complaints. I would absolutely return and recommend this property to anyone looking for a high quality, stress free stay.

Bring lotion since there is none in the room. You may want to bring an electrical adapter that can power two devices since there is only one outlet per night stand. There is a USB port at each night stand as well. Bring ear plugs since the music at night can get loud.One of the pools has only ladders and no steps.There is no defined drink service on the beach but two days they brought out random drinks.The hotel is on a main drag so you can take the bus anywhere for $1.I was here in January as well so we came back.

Hotel was functional. Not the nicest out of all the Riu hotels in Cancun. I prefer Riu Cancun or Riu Palace. Been to Riu Caribe twice but I'm past all that noise and partying. Way too noisy and busy. I paid extra for a quiet room but was placed looking onto the 24HR Bar and could hear revellers all night up until 4am. Also the corridors weer very noisy with party goers.
