Riu Ventura

Our 7 day vacation was beyond beautiful. The entertainement , staff and property were clean and amazing. I highly recommend this resort. Especially because it was new, it was great. Also food was 10/10 in my opinion

Everything was great except having a room at the top level (13th floor) due to the constant noise from the pipes. Was not easy to sleep. I don't recommend a room at that level.

We arrived May 7th-15th. Our check in was great they went above and beyond our expectations so friendly and pleasant. The buffet was smaller than I expected variety very limited. Supper one carving station no sign so at times you were not sure what you were eating. Staff excellent always there and happy to serve you. The à la carte resturants no reservations but you could never get in unless you would there at 6:00 when they opened not a good system at all. You could reserve for The Steakhouse only but you waited over an hour for your meal which wasn’t cooked properly. The entertainment was ok no bar service get your own drink . They had a band but always in Spanish a variety would have been nice. The Pink, Neon, Jungle and white parties were all at the Riu Caribe 1/2 hour away they provided transportation. Very disappointing as these are fun parties and should be at the hotel itself. There is no coffee shop there which is surprising being a new hotel as it is nice to sit down and have pastries cookies etc. for coffee you can go to the sports bar. The beach is beautiful and the staff bring a tray of assorted drinks to choose from so nice. Johnny the entertainment team so good and Johnny is everywhere. The Riufit classes are excellent the instructor Miguel so good and you can see he enjoys doing the classes. In all we enjoyed our trip but would not come back again.

Food is amazing, drinks are amazing. The only thing is I wish they had bigger pools. Other than that I love their hotels. People are super friendly

This was a great stay. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved all the restaurants and food options. The beach access was great and pools very well cleaned. I would recommend.
