Royalton Riviera Cancun

We had a swimup Diamond club room and it was wonderful, centrally located. All of our dining experiences were exceptional. As a celiac, I have to be extra careful and I felt safe every step of the way! All of the a la carte restaurants had multiple options for me - especially Taj, the Indian cuisine restaurant. Daniel at Taj was phenomenal!

Really lovely stay for our honeymoon.

We were back to our favourite resort, have been here many many times. The renovations are beautiful and tasteful, giving the resort a refreshed look and feel. The staff, many new, are super friendly and helpful. Food was great as usual, loved the DC breakfast at Agave. Other restaurants were good, although we did have some slow service and disappointing food one night at Hunters. We loved to sit by the DC pool and as Prime members, we appreciated the extra little touches for the Prime club, such as the Prime only seating area. Our butlers Ivan and Sergio were fantastic, took great care of us, couldn’t do enough to make sure our stay was perfect! We appreciate their hard work and attention to detail. We also want to recognize Juan, the DC pool butler who was always so friendly and accommodating. Our room attendant Noemi kept the room beautiful and clean. Daniel and Alex at DC pool kept the drinks flowing! Constanza at Prime helped us a few times with a room change and resetting our keys. She was also very friendly and helpful. We had another amazing stay and cannot wait to come back again soon!

Awesome experience @ Royalton Hideaway in Cancun. Our Butlers; Jocelyn and Rangel made our vacation so smooth and most enjoyable!
