Royalton Riviera Cancun

We had the most lovely time at the resort! There were multiple restaurants to choose from. Hugo was the most amazing server at the Hideaway pool bar. We had a couples massage at the spa and Abigail was divine. There are lots of restaurants to choose from, and the staff is extremely friendly!

The gym is super clean and big (2 floors), and the staff is very welcoming and nice :) …………..:::.:…:::::::FELIZ NAVIDAD PARA TODOS!!!!

Michelle and Humberto provided the best butler service! Always smiling and friendly, they went above and beyond for every request! Highly recommend these gentleman! They made our stay even more enjoyable and so easy to relax!

Our experience at the Royalton was reasonable although most employees are new and can't help you find your room or the restaurants. Our biggest complaint is their association with "Prime Travellers Club". These are the same crooks who use to be called "Travelsmart". They prey on unsuspecting travellers with high pressure sales, lengthy expensive contracts, and fail to deliver on their promises. Check Travelsmart or Prime travellers reviews ... overwhelming negative!

Arriving Christmas Day. Haven’t got there yet and seriously considering canceling or switching resorts ! The staff at the front desk and management are completely useless. We are traveling with another family and paid extra to have 2 rooms with 2 Queen beds side by side. It was an extra cost we were happy to pay. We paid for it and as soon as they got the extra funds to do so they will not respond to emails or calls for 3 weeks. Just took the money and left us hanging. This resort was highly recommended but the added BS they have put us through has not been worth it. I have reached out to so many people at the resort and Royalton head office. With no responses. Extremely disappointed
