Secrets of Tulum is an amazing resort! The setting was very intimate and we couldn't speak more highly of the staff. The pool areas are great and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure that you have an amazing time. The restaurants were fantastic. There was a great variety of cultural offerings and the food itself was great! If you are looking for a new resort to visit in Tulum, we highly recommend that you visit Secrets of Tulum.

Hi all, we’ve just got back to good old cold England following 14 lovely nights at this hot and sunny classy resort. The main thing that struck us was the service it was impeccable. In addition to this every man woman and dog smile and say hello that sets the tone of happiness. The food was pretty good and we really enjoyed the beach club and the singalongs on the way back when most are a little merry. Tip - the beach club hot dogs are sooo good. Unashamedly we never went anywhere both of us. were happy to stay within the hotel grounds the whole trip. Lots of activities and we did most of them. Number 1 thing that stands out without doubt is the service, our Concierge Luis was beyond amazing such a lovely helpful person. Thanks for everything Luis. Breakfasts was my favourite part of the day many thanks to Timotai hope I’ve spelt this right he was amazing. Thanks for the continuous coffee top ups and overall splendid service. My wife loved the activities especially the water aerobics and water Black Jack with the wonderful Enrique. The bracelet making with Johnny was a standout too. I loved the beach volleyball especially giving the Yanks a can of whoop ass lol with the skilful Johnny ( thanks for the great VB tutorial). The whole resort having the best staff in the world imho. I highly recommend this resort plenty of beds by the pools our favourite was the Luna pool. Ample beds at the beach club. We are 64 it was great for us but if you wanted it a bit livelier you can do the foam parties or pop into downtown Tulum. Great place loved it.

We enjoyed our stay recently at Secrets Tulum. The staff was welcoming immediately upon our arrival. Everything was perfect down to each detail in the room and during dinners. The beach club was a surprising nice addition to our stay. We loved the pools and they never seemed crowded.
