Secrets Tulum Resort & Beach Club

July is not beach season. The drinks are a bit watered down. The check-in process is very much like other resorts where they harass you to go to a timeshare meeting. Other than that it is an adults place, not a party place very much relaxing. I ultimately had. great time. I will not come back because it is not a beach front property. The staff are great and amazing and the concierge Yes! is amazing.

Our experience at Secrets Tulum was wonderful in terms of customer service, with the buildings and surroundings being both beautiful and impeccably maintained. The club pool area was a highlight, and everything was cleaned daily. There are numerous spots around the property that ensure it never feels overcrowded. However, it may not be the ideal choice for couples seeking a quiet, peaceful getaway. In our opinion, the atmosphere at Secrets Tulum was more akin to larger resorts like RIU, with loud parties and high-energy crowds throughout the day and late into the night. If you’re looking for a more refined, serene hotel experience, we would recommend exploring other options.

We came to Secrets Tulum to celebrate our honeymoon and my wife’s birthday. The staff has been incredible, and treated us exceptionally well. They’ve been very attentive to our needs and gone above and beyond in serving us. Rafael served us exceptionally well at the beach club for my wife’s private romantic birthday dinner. Best steak and lobster we’ve ever had, the entire evening was perfect - we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The best trip I've done--the staff members were OUTSTANDING. Every single one! They went ABOVE AND BEYOND their jobs to create a very homey, fun, and friendly experience I'll cherish forever. The Entertainment team was phenomenal. Ariel, Daniel, Arturo, Jonny, Crystal, and Adela were sooooo much fun and did a great job with bike rides, beach and water volleyball, bracelet making, foam parties, Mayan lessons, and more. The servers at the restaurants are beyond helpful and so kind. Enrique from Jasmine and Jorge from Blue Water were my favorites. Elvira from excursion desk was such a genuine and joyful person who booked me with an amazing excursion worries free. She helped make my time in Tulum a beautiful memory! Consider Secrets Tulum for a getaway, trip with your significant other, besties trip, etc. even though there isn't a beach on the site, shuttles go every 30 minutes to take you off to their private location. Money-wise, so worth it!
