Secrets Tulum is an absolutely amazing resort! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless—from the quick and easy check-in to the effortless check-out. The resort has a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere that made it the perfect getaway, and the entertainment provided a great balance of fun and relaxation. The spa was truly one of the highlights of our stay. The massages were incredibly relaxing, and the hydrotherapy experience was exceptional, leaving us feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated. The dining exceeded our expectations. Every restaurant served delicious, high-quality meals, and the piña coladas were some of the best we've ever had! The attentive service and beautiful surroundings made every meal even more enjoyable. Overall, our entire experience at Secrets Tulum was outstanding. The beautiful resort, exceptional staff, incredible food, luxurious spa, and relaxing atmosphere made for an unforgettable vacation. We can't wait to return!

Nice spot, bit on the quieter side. Made for R&R, not much going on at night. Few restaurants with all the specialty restaurants only open for dinner so your only option for lunch is the buffet. Beautiful surroundings, friendly staff, and the spa was great. 4/5!

My husband and I celebrated our 30th anniversary at this resort and had the best time. Our concierge, Luis, was extremely attentive and always came up to us to ensure we were having the best time. When our room was not ready at 3 upon check-in, Luis got us an upgrade to a swim-out, which was an absolute surprise and made our trip. Luis and the staff also decorated our room with balloons and gave us champagne to celebrate. The pools and the beach club were lovely and had a relaxed vibe. I am so excited to come back and see the beach when the seaweed season is over. The food and drinks were top tier and the service was always so good. We enjoyed the fun activities offered by the staff, including the foam party, the dance party, karaoke, fire dancers, silent party, casino night, Mexico night, musical acts, DJs... all so much fun. Not to mention getting to watch Mexico play in the world cup out on the beautiful terrace with cocktails and popcorn!! I was a bit concerned about our reservation at first due to the reviews on this site but now I understand that this resort is not for everyone. It is best for couples looking to unwind and relax. The food is elevated and leans gourmet, which may not suite all palates. I overheard people complain about things that were outside of the resorts control or were clearly explained in the description (lack of beach front, seaweed, humidity etc.) I think some people who are disappointed did not research this hotel before coming. Also, the mosquitos were not a problem (thankfully) during our week stay. Thanks again Secrets for a memorable week. I hope this review is helpful to those of you looking to book this amazing resort. You will not be disappointed.

This was my first adults only all inclusive hotel. It has a great balance of fun and calm, the food options were great and the quality at the resultants was excellent. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We all enjoyed our patio options of the semi private pool or oversized tub. I wish the hotel pools had more shade, definitely back a swim friendly hat. I also imagine anyone in wheelchairs or needing mobility assistance will have a harder time navigating the property.
