Secrets Tulum Resort & Beach Club

Very disappointing hardly any activities, food was horrible, buffet had the same breakfast everyday, had to keep asking for wash clothes, no swim up bar, far out from excursions. Had to search bars for good liquor but then they juice it down, entrainment was a complete joke.

We had a three day stay at Secrets Tulum in June. It was our first time in Tulum and usually our first time in places we try to do all inclusive so we get the lay of the land while not having to worry too much about food, etc. We had a wonderful time. It was a shoulder week and wasn't that busy, but we had exceptional service and a fun time. Our concierge, Frida, was so friendly and helped up with all of our needs. We went with a King Pool View room with Preferred service. The rooms were very clean and very spacious and we had a view over the Grotto Pool, which was lovely. The mini bar is stocked with beer and sodas and if you are preferred, a bottle of spirts. The restaurants we tried were Jasmine and Bordeaux and we enjoyed both. We were only there for 3 days so we didn't try each place. The breakfast buffet is very good and if you do preferred, you can have an ala cart breakfast, which was excellent. The pools are beautiful and the whole resort feels very much like a jungle oasis. We did take the shuttle to the Beach Club which was nice too, The seaweed was very bad when we stayed, but we already knew that going in to this trip, so we didn't complain about something we could not control. We did have a wonderful stay and recommend if you are looking for a special all inclusive vacation.

We recently spent a wonderful week at Secrets Tulum Resort & Beach Club and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. This was our second visit to the resort, and we can honestly say it exceeded our expectations compared to our first stay. The positive changes since the management transition were noticeable throughout the property, from the service and attention to detail to the overall guest experience. A special thank you goes to Edwin, our concierge, who truly made our vacation memorable. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, he was our guide, problem-solver, and friendly point of contact. His attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care for our experience made us feel valued every day of our stay. We were traveling with friends and were thrilled to receive a room upgrade in celebration of our anniversary. Our accommodations were beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. For the final five days of our stay, we had a swim-out room, and although I initially wasn’t sure how much we would use it, it quickly became one of our favorite features of the trip. The food throughout the resort was excellent. A special mention goes to Jasmine, where we enjoyed some outstanding meals. Every restaurant we visited delivered quality food and excellent service. We also wish we could name all of the staff members who helped make our stay so special along the way, but there are simply too many to mention. We truly believe everyone we encountered contributed to the exceptional experience we had. We also want to recognize Enrique, the entertainment staff guru for the resort. He was always smiling, full of energy, and consistently on point every day, all day. His enthusiasm and dedication helped create a fun and welcoming atmosphere, and his positive attitude made a lasting impression on our vacation experience. We did experience some stomach upset after eating the carpaccio at Portofino. While this was unfortunate, what impressed us most was how quickly and professionally the situation was handled. Edwin immediately stepped in to ensure we were looked after, checked on us regularly, and made sure our concerns were addressed. As a gesture of goodwill, the resort provided us with a day at the spa, which was absolutely incredible and greatly appreciated. It turned what could have been a negative experience into an example of outstanding customer service and genuine care for guests. The resort itself was immaculate. The pools were always clean and inviting, Wi-Fi was reliable throughout the entire property, and the sports bar was incredibly accommodating by ensuring guests could watch the Stanley Cup Final, which was greatly appreciated. The shuttle service to the Beach Club was convenient and ran on a schedule that worked perfectly for us. Once there, the service was exceptional. Thank you to Arturo, the Beach Club Manager, and the entire Beach Club team for their attentiveness and hospitality. They helped create a relaxing and enjoyable beach experience every day. One helpful tip for future guests: bring a few moisture-absorbing humidity bags for your room. The tropical climate can be quite humid, even with the air conditioning running. Overall, Secrets Tulum exceeded our expectations. Between the beautiful accommodations, excellent dining, outstanding service, and the incredible efforts of Edwin, Enrique, Arturo, and the entire staff, this was a vacation we will remember for a long time. We left feeling relaxed, appreciated, and already talking about a return visit.

After visiting this resort for the third time I can honestly say that they have significantly improved all around and we truly enjoyed our stay more than the last times and we would definitely return for another visit .

Amazing experience to say the least. We had an incredible time, relaxed so much and everyone was so attentive. The beach club was incrible, the beach had sargasso but we were not interested in the ocean. The food was incrible especially at the french restaurant
