Sensira Resort & Spa Riviera Maya

Resort is well maintained and clean. Rooms needed to be replenished more for towels and mini fridge. Unfortunately for when we were there with a family of ten, (6adults 4 children )never have I encountered not having the buffet open for every meal. It was only available for breakfast. So therefore the only option for lunch was the snack bar by the pool , which it ran out of food three times in a seven day stay. Very disappointed. Where do you feed four hungry little children and explain they ran out. Out of four restaurants only two were open. As for entertainment they have an amazing children’s clubhouse, trampoline, zip lining, rock climbing and theatre. Which my grandkids fully enjoyed. As for adults they really didn’t cater too much in the entertainment aspect. Would’ve been nice to have some live music or DJ in the lobby for a night cap after dinner. Would I ever return, absolutely not. This resort by all means is listed as a 5 star and is up there in price. I expect a lot more . Before booking I read up on all of the great reviews and decided based on that. But not sure if it was the timing we went end of April, but regardless running out of food in an all inclusive hotel is not acceptable. However your staff and our butlers Gabby and Caesar did there very best to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

Every thing was perfect mrs Gabriela was super nice and friendly and she was so helpful by explaining everything and also help us with everything we asked for.

Had an amazing time and this resort. Rooms were nice and clean. Right on the beach. Staff was very friendly. Tony was amazing and very helpful.

The biggest upset was the beach and ocean access. We understand the at seaweed is natural BUT the hotel didn’t do enough to keep the beach and shallow waters clean. The pools areas were nice and spent most of the time there. All staff were good but a special mention for Sandy at the reception desk. She went out of her way to make us feel special. Always happy to help with a smile. She needs a pay rise

I had a great vacation. Sandy at reception was so friendly and helpful hotel was so nice. Thanks very much we will definitely come back
