Sorat Hotel Ambassador

The location was across the street from the city Zoo and near the Europa Center shopping area. There were plenty of restaurants and touristy locations. Some of them seemed a little sketchy, but the police were always walking beats in the area, so we never felt unsafe. Hotel front desk were very friendly and helpful. They managed a small bar and kitchenette area. There was also ample seating in the lobby to watch folks passing by the hotel entrance. The hotel halls were kind of dimly lit, which made them feel a bit dreary. The room itself was clean, but felt dated. Our room had double-paned windows, and one of the interior windows had large break in it. This didn't cause a problem, but it wasn't pretty to look at. We had to catch an early flight, so we didn't get a chance to try the breakfast buffet before leaving.

I very much enjoyed my stay at the Sorat Hotel Berlin. The room was very comfortable and the hotel had a pleasant, welcoming ambience, and all staff were friendly and helpful. It was also very helpful to be able to leave my bag behind reception for a few hours after check out, as I didn't need to immediately to to the airport.

Always enjoy staying at the hotel when visiting Berlin for work purposes. Staff friendly, helpful and hotel is perfect location.

Very good location, friendly staff. We even got a small breakfast even it wasnt outspoken in the offer. Even touristtax was included from the bookingsite and all together our feeling at Sorat was generous and wellcoming. Great hotel and we love to come back.
