Sorat Hotel Ambassador

We have been staying for two nights, and it was all really nice. The hood is relatively calm, since you are in the big city, and stuff is really helpful.

A lovely hotel in a great location. The staff are friendly and helpful and there is a lovely atmosphere in the reception area which is tastefully decorated. The rooms are a good size and very clean. A great base for exploring the city.

The hotel was very conveniently located to Ubahn and around the corner from supermarket and restaurants. I would highly recommend the location. The complimentary coffee, tea and croissants were lovely. The room was very clean and had tea making facilities also. The only concern was lack of air conditioning- we were there on a week of extremely high temperatures.

It's the staff at The Sorat that make this a wonderfully welcoming stay. Especially the delightful Nasim. Second time staying here and she made us very welcome again and sat and chatted with us on a number of occasions throughout our stay. She is a credit to the company 👏
