the hotel is the perfect place to stay if you want to spend some days in Berlin. Close to everything, comfortable, if you don't look for luxury suites this is the best place to choose.

Near metro at a very close distance as well as supermarkets and bakeries and of course, the famous curry sausages places

-Describe the service you experienced. The service was okay. -Tell us how you liked the room. It was disappointing to find out that the room we were given didn't have the things that were mentioned on the description, which was a refrigerator and a microwave. -Talk about the location & amenities Location was great as buses were easily accessible, had a pharmacy next to it, mini store for food and fresh vegetables. -Say what you liked best & least I liked the service from the receptionists as they were helpful when i needed support with certain things. What i liked the least is that on the question as to why our room didn't have what we saw on the pictures and stated on the description, the response from the receptionist at hand was that maybe the room we chose was wrong, subtly shifting the blame instead of taking responsibility and providing an alternative for the mix up.

A good hotel let down by a poor breakfast. Breakfast was croissants and coffee/tea machine, no cereal, fruits, hot/cold foods or toast. Rooms are small. Great location.

Excellent location amazing staff, I had one of the older rooms, but everything was still Really good. The only thing that I would recommend would be a small fridge in the room. But I will definitely be booking again.
