A Pleasant Stay in Beautiful Heringsdorf Heringsdorf proved to be a very enjoyable destination on the Baltic Sea coast. The town offers a relaxed atmosphere with elegant seaside charm, perfect for a peaceful getaway. There’s a nice mix of beach, nature, and history, and everything is within easy walking distance. We stayed at SEETELHOTEL Villa Esplanade, which was a very pleasant experience. The hotel has a classic, well-maintained style and fits nicely into the character of the resort. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet — just right for a restful stay. The service was friendly and efficient throughout. Breakfast offered a good selection of fresh and tasty items. It was a nice way to start each day. All in all, Heringsdorf and Villa Esplanade offered a well-rounded and relaxing experience. It’s a destination we’d be happy to return to.

The hotel should be renovated in order to keep its four stars. It looks nice from the outside, but the inside is not in a good shape anymore. Brochures said you would get a bathrobe and slippers, but nothing in the room. If you wanted to have these things when using the Spa you even needed to pay extra for them. It's OK that there could only be 20 people in the Spa at the same time, but why was it not possible to make an appointment? You had to wait at the reception there (without any chairs or benches) and did not know when it would be your turn. Absolutely not four stars! The carpet in my room (104) was totally battered and I found a little piece of broken glass on it. The hotel stairs (with carpet) were not cleaned during the five days we stayed there, even if they were dirty. The furniture is old and rather nagged. The room was relatively large, but the beds in my room were sagged. Though they were fine in the other room. Fortunately, the breakfast was really good. Also, the reception is not in the hotel anymore but in the other Seetel Hotel on the other side of the street. There were problems with the key card for the rooms all the time, too. We loved our stay however, because the sea, beach, woods, etc. were just wonderful.

The hotel looks great from the outside, a bit less from the inside. The furniture is very traditional, some of the pieces are not in a good shape anymore. The room was relatively large and the beds were very good. The breakfast was absolutely gorgeous. Maybe the best thing in this Hotel. The hotel needs a bit of maintenance. Maybe not easy during Corona times. "In order to reduce the Corona risk" they only clean the room every three days. Not sure how this will reduce the risk. The reception is not in the hotel anymore but in another three star SeeTel Hotel on the other side of the street. The staff on the reception are absolutely unfriendly and harsh. I did not feel as a guest but more as an intruder. Covid: The staff in the breakfast room needs some training how to wear a mask properly. Some of them only covered the mouth but not the nose...

Good and clean. The staff are very helpful and seem to be all Polish. Again here English is rarely spoken but the receptionist, Agnieszka, speaks English extremely well and is very helpful. The breakfast is the usual buffet. For the evening meal go to the sister hotel across the road. The hotel is well situated for the beach and pier where at this time of year you can go for bracing walks. Just near the pier shopping area is an excellent frankfurter stand.

A fabulous old hotel with luxury rooms, a royal feel and all modern facilities. The reading room is fantastic and the staff friendly and helpful. The building layout is odd going to the second and third floors but easy to get used to. The breakfast buffet was simple but tasty with a large range of options. We felt like king and queen with a room with sea views and luxury. If you can afford to stay here I highly recommend it to you.
