The Patio Suite Hotel

From the moment we walked in to the reception we were greeted with a warm welcome and given all the information we would need for our stay. The location of the hotel is great with supermarkets, bars, and restaurants a short walk away which made it a nice quiet area around the hotel itself. Praia di Felisia is only a 15-20 minute walk away too. The hotel atmosphere is friendly and quiet making it great for a calm stay. The rooms were a good size. We had a one bedroom apartment which meant that my daughter could have her own space on the comfy sofa bed and I could have mine too. The kitchen area has all you need for self catering. We were All-Inclusive but it was good to have a kettle available. The rooms are serviced daily and towels and sheets changed every 3 days. The whole hotel was spotless and the cleaning teams worked into the early evening to maintain the standard. The restaurant staff were very helpful and asked often if we had enough choice being vegan. All in all I would say this hotel, facilities, and staff were great value and hope to return someday in the not too distant future.

Loved the holiday. First time in portugal. Rooms were great and so big.Transfers were fantastic being free.

This was our forth stay at this hotel, our son and his wife and their 4 boys. The boys insisted we go back every year. I think we praise it perhaps too much as it is busier that when we first stayed, although it seems they have managed to keep the great standard of food, lovely large rooms, wonderful welcoming staff- all-in-all a fantastically well run hotel, thanks to Paula and the staff. The food was 5* always something extra (especially the puddings!) Rooms were clean- if a bit dated, and comfortable. we always book the rooms to the front of the hotel (actually on a busy road!) but the noise didnt bother us and the sun was on the balconies from 4pm till late at night.The wines served at lunch and dinner and in the bar were first class - non of your 'all inclusive' rubbish drinks here! We were disappointed that the beach shuttle bus was now allocated to shuttling to other villages instead, as the access road to the beach from the hotel was not the best with children, but the walk did us good! I could go on and on about this hotel over the years, but would recommend it as being a first class family hotel.

Currently sat at dinner, writing this well deserved review. To keep it simple, the room was spacious! We got a small kitchen inside, haven’t used it as we were all inclusive but nice nonetheless to have the option. The shower? hot! Hot! Hot! Just be careful with that but, nice if you want to make a cuppa at anytime lol. The communal areas are modern and well tended to by the grounds staff, pool staff and cleaners. They ALL do a good job in their respective roles. The waiters work so hard and are overly attentive. They create such a welcoming atmosphere. I have never stayed at such a well managed hotel with staff that are sooo friendly and key word !attentive!. My wine glass gets low, I don’t realise; but they do! Lool. I recommend this place to anyone who values quality, comfort and escape You won’t be disappointed. Experience it for yourself.
