The Patio Suite Hotel

The location of the hotel is perfect Close to the larger busier areas but far enough away to make for a quieter holiday experience. We love walking so were able to walk to Vilamoura and Albufeira Old Town, about equidistance between the two (about 6.5Km) The staff actually were the friendliest and most helpful we have ever encountered. From reception, restaurant, bars, cleaners, pool attendants, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are well equipped and spacious, towels changed every day and bed linen every 3 days Air conditioning and safe in room aswell as all toiletries in bathroom Shuttle bus fantastic and again drivers so friendly and helpful Will definitely be booking again

We stayed for a week initially booked as self catering however we upgraded to all inclusive upon arrival. Sadly because we arrived late in the evening our all inclusive meant we couldn’t have breakfast the following day however not a massive issue if you’re not usually a breakfast person. I travelled with a food allergy specifically celiac disease and I was asked to fill out an allergen sheet at check in which was then noted on the system therefore whenever we went for a meal they showed me round the whole buffet and pointed out what I could and couldn’t have. They offered gluten free bread and muffins and even a *secret* chocolate cake that was kept in the kitchen however available upon request. My partner and I do drink however we do think there could be some more variety in regard to cocktails after a couple of days the main ones seem to simply taste like orange juice and alcohol! We booked a 1 bedroom apartment however there was ample space and the cleanliness was top notch with the room being made up daily! Pool towels were complimentary which was a nice added bonus and were good quality material. The staff were excellent and very friendly and couldn’t do more for you if asked.

We had a great holiday at the Patio suite hotel. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are so friendly and helpful, nothing is a problem. We had a 2 bedroom apartment that was very spacious for me my wife and 2 kids 17 and 12. Will definitely look to come back again in the future.

We chose Portugal in May half term for our family holiday to avoid the sweltering summer heat. Typically, there was an 'unprecedented heatwave' whilst we were there - mid 30s most days!! So apart from it being very hot, everything else was just fabulous! We booked a 2 bed apartment with a pool view. It was perfect for our family, with 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living space was good and well equipped and we had 2 balconies - 1 for sitting and the other we used for drying our wet stuff (the apartment had a clothes drier which was a godsend - why doesn't everywhere provide this?!!) Also, on arrival, each guest is given a voucher for a pool towel. These can be changed daily for a fresh towel, to avoid sopping wet/musty towels. The hotel staff were all amazing, especially those in the restaurant. We were greeted every mealtime with smiling faces and warm welcomes! Reception staff were also very helpful, assisting any queries with ease. We chose All Inclusive for this holiday and weren't disappointed. The food was excellent. Always plentiful and hot. We loved trying the array of salads on offer - who knew a Russian seafood salad would taste so good??! The pizzas were also amazing! You can easily walk to Falesia beach in about 15mins. There are a lot of steps down to the beach, so not good for those who are less mobile. There are sunbeds/parasols to hire if needed. There is also a good cafe and toilet. There are a few shops and a small supermarket nearby but not much else. We visited Vilamoura Marina (to look at the fancy boats and cars!), Aquashow waterpark (excellent day out!) and Old Town Albufeira. We travelled using Ubers which were pretty cheap and convenient. We also did a 4x4 jeep tour (4hr trip) with Alsafari Tours. This was epic - something you'll never forget! Our guide John was wonderful and kept us all thoroughly entertained! Be prepared to be hot, sweaty and dusty though (plenty of suncream and water is needed and don't wear your best clothes!!) Thank you for a wonderful holiday!!
