This hotel is one of THEEE best hotels I have ever stayed in. The food is exceptional and plentiful. The staff are genuinely friendly and are very helpful. The amenities that the hotel offers is to a high standard. An indoor pool, outdoor heated pool, gym, stretch room, sauna, steam room, pool, climbing wall, bouldering..the list goes on! Every inche of this hotel on SUPER CLEAN! They leave these small chocolates in your room that taste devine! The Italian head chef really knows how to use his ingredients and spices. Each night the menu is different and he uses left over food to reinvent a new menu.. GENIUS! The desserts are spectacular and the waiters and waitresses are super friendly! We will def be going back but this time with the rest of the family because it is so safe for kids. They even make small portions for the kids like sandwiches with the crust cut off, fish fingers, nuggest.. it's like they have really thought about what their customers need and are looking for! This is the only hotel where you can walk in with ski boots and offer your own dry room. A dry room that actually works so by the morning your kit is dry ready to hit the slopes! Exceptional service. There is no negative comments from me and no suggestions. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for such a warm welcome and a beautiful space for me to relax in.

Positive: The hotel is in a very good location. The building is modern. The climbing wall is cool, the staff is friendly and the spa is also okay. The gym was much better than I expected with their modern and new treadmills. The kids club is nice too. Negative: The room cleaning is poor. There is no place to hang the towels, eventough there is enough space on the wall to put some towel racks on it. Getting a coffee is difficult, they say that the lobby bar is open but usually no staff is there. The tea pots and mugs are dirty at breakfast.

The hotel exceeded our expectations! The food is incredible - a lot of variety at both breakfast and tea times to suit all tastes. The gluten free options were also good. The packed up breakfast for our early departure was a good touch too. The swimming pool and saunas were great after a long day on the slopes. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The very modern interior that is mentioned in lots of reviews is fine, just part of the hotel. Thank you for a great stay. We would return again!
