Naturel Hoteldorf Schönleitn

The kids ask to go back every year. They love all the activities the hotel offers plus the ability to go skiing. The ski bus will pick you up at the hotel, making it super convenient. The indoor pool is small, but nice and heated. Rooms have a kitchen for cooking and separated WC, helpful for families.

We had a very spacious apartment with sauna. It all felt high-quality and homely. We went skiing in Gerlitzen (Austria) and Tarvisio (Italy), both a 20-30 min. drive away. In Italy the Orrido dello Slizza is worth visiting for walking, as is Lago del Predil. Absolutely loved the many opportunities this region has to offer, a week was too short and we consider coming back in summer. Super place to bring your dog. He was welcome in the restaurant (not the buffet-style one) and from the village you walk straight into the woods. Also great for kids!

I spent two nights (and three days) in the Naturel Hoteldorf for an international congress. Receptionists were available for any need and extremely kind, the rooms were really big, especially for a single person, and with all the comforts. I appreciated a lot the re-usable soap dispensers in the bathroom, without any kind of plastic and single-use item. Breakfast was complete and with several type of food. Sauna, SPA and swimming pool were open until 9pm, which is perfect to relax after a long day.

The village is really very nice. The more hundred years old, reneuwed houses with all confort are comfortable, you have all services what you need. The restaurant is excellent, like in a 5star Michelin restaurant. The ambiance in the car-free village is very good. The wellness is big enough and offering different nservices. A perfect stay!

Even without snow we spent great time where service were helpful all over the time. We released bit too late they also rent ski and bikes so you can find anything for you. The hotel is nearby the main street which leads towards Faaker See and quite close to Villach however you don't hear anything, no noise, just you and your breath having fresh air and healthy oxygene.
