
Had a reservation 3/1-3/5 to stay in Greece for our first experience. Booked the Penthouse Suite w/Jacuzzi. Friendly check-in receptionist. Walked up to our room on the top floor, both keys did not work. Replaced the keys and went back upstairs to find they also did not work. We were given the physical key to the room telling us they would fix the key card issue the next day. The room was clean upon arrival and we were excited to use the jacuzzi after a long day of traveling. The jacuzzi was cold and tried to turn it on to heat. Nothing. We were sent up a fruit tray with apologies and were told they would fix it the next day. Day 2, wandered downstairs for the free breakfast. It was subpar with very few options. Went back to the front desk to see about the jacuzzi. They tried to convince me that WE had turned the jacuzzi off and that was the issue with the heat. They would send someone up and take a look promising it would be resolved when we returned from a day of sight seeing in Athens. Key cards were made and actually worked. Off to a good start. Returned from sight seeing to find out that the jacuzzi in fact was broken and the part to fix it was ordered. Were sent up another fruit tray as an apology.Day 3, wandered down to the free breakfast buffet and nothing was prepared. They offered an option to order something and they could cook it. Opted to go without as the previous day was nothing to write home about. Let them know that the water went out while my husband was showering and they said the entire block had lost water. Returned that evening to find the jacuzzi would not be fixed during our stay but did offer us the room next door to use their hot tub. Unfortunate but hoping it would ease our sore muscles. This jacuzzi was much smaller and bath water would have been warmer. Day 4, no breakfast and key cards again didn't work upon our return to the room. Front desk staff accused us of putting the cards near something that de-magnetized them. Very poor customer service in my opinion. No offer of a partial refund for the jacuzzi that never did work during our stay. No explanation on why the subpar breakfast wasn't offered daily. I will give credit to the housekeeping staff and front desk who arranged for a car rental that was delivered to the hotel. Other than that, this hotel is nothing near a 5-star hotel. Paying near $500 per night for a suite with a jacuzzi that never worked, key cards that were a nightmare, and a shower that went without water would be equivalent to a 1-2 star hotel. Completely unsatisfied with the hotel and their misleading of services offered. DO NOT recommend.

The staff here are very very good, no exceptional. George the manager very good. We enjoyed the food, our room and the jacuzzi. They are all excellent staff and amazing. I will always recommend to anyone. and anytime.
Nice location, very accessible to the shop and beach nice ambience. The staff are very professional, and friendly. Lovely food too.
