They market this as a 5-star hotel, but in my opinion it is closer to a 3.5-star property. While the hotel is clean, well-maintained, and generally in good condition, many of the amenities expected from a true 5-star hotel were either missing or unavailable during my stay. The pool is quite small, the water was not heated, the pool bar was closed, the sauna was not operating, and the gym is extremely small and limited. When I book a 5-star hotel, I expect facilities and services comparable to major international brands such as Hilton or Sheraton, and this hotel did not meet those expectations. The hotel itself is pleasant and reasonably comfortable, but the overall experience falls significantly short of what I would expect from a 5-star property. I would rate it closer to 3.5 stars.
