Just had a 7 night Jet2 holiday 1/2 board in this hotel. The food was generally good but I advise early visit so you get the hottest food. The staff are very good and are v helpful. Getting Bali bed around main pool requires being in a queue before gate opens. The same applies to the loungers around main pool. The food, drink and service around this pool is good. Better bet is to grab a lounger / Bali bed by the Japanese restaurant. Do not get a room with a sea view at front of hotel. It is next to a 4 lane and very busy road. Too noisy to sit on your balcony - too noisy to sleep at night. We talked to someone who had a room down grade to get away from the road- we were given a bottle of wine- we don’t drink wine. The little buggies are useful to get around - just phone reception and within a few mins it’s there.
