Really enjoyable stay amazing location& sea views staff all so polite cant do enough hotel a little tired could do with a bit of spit&polish fab breakfast lovely nice touches gowns& slippers complientry wine.lovely big pool.yes its on steep hill but didnt find it hard even after a few shandys elevator helps would return and recomend highly staying there now

The hotel is beautiful, we stayed in a gorgeous villa with a private pool which was immaculate and reading other reviews was expecting out of date decor, but it’s gorgeous and traditional! The view is unbelievable, I can’t put into words how stunning it was ❤️ THE STAFF 🥰🥰🥰 I have never experienced service like it; they were just wonderful! Couldn’t do enough for you and everything felt so genuine. Thank you so much to all the incredible people who work there for making our stay so special. It is a steep trek up to the hotel but you can take your time and I would suggest doing the stairs and taking a break at the pool bar to have a delicious cocktail to break up the walk. Would highly recommend this hotel and the town it’s set in was incredible too. Didn’t have one bad meal or experience anything but wonderful service anywhere we went ❤️

We had a fantastic stay at Kefalonia Bay Hotel for my 60th birthday . The views are absolutely breathtaking – truly views to die for! We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment with a private pool, which was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. We booked bed and breakfast, and there was a great selection available each morning. The manager was brilliant, and every member of staff couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. Their friendliness and helpfulness really made a difference. The hotel is a little tired in places and clearly well used, but it's very well maintained, with large, exceptionally clean rooms. The only thing to be aware of is that it's not suitable for anyone with mobility issues due to the number of steps and the hilly layout. Overall, we had a wonderful holiday and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The stunning views, fantastic staff, and peaceful setting more than make up for the hotel's age.

Our second stop on our retirement travels around Kefalonia.. what a beautiful hotel built up to ensure all rooms and villas have the most spectacular views over Agia Efimia and. Sami. From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed and it felt luxurious with lovely touched like robes, complementary bottled water and a beautiful bottle of wine . The staff and manager were extremely efficient , friendly and couldn’t do enough for the guests . The rooms were beautiful and pool are spacious with lots of Sun beds and shade . Breakfast was exceptional with so much to choose from and replenished frequently. Great food at the pool bar too . Would definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel.

Went with a friend and absolutely loved the hotel and the warmth of the people on Kefalonia. The island is easily the most beautiful of all the places have visited in Greece. Have read lots of negative posts like - not a 4 Star-too many steps-dated furniture. Ok. You folks need to get a life. Do you know how many people cannot afford a holiday. The hotel is spotless. The pool huge. Always beds free. Shower great. Views. OMG. Breakfast lovely. Staff friendly and welcoming. All work really hard. There are two lifts. And yes plenty of steps. I was up in the gods and my neighbours were elderly and one in a wheelchair. They were loving it. There are a few mozzies but it’s Greece not Catford. The beach down from the hotel is blissfull. Restaurants nearby are very good and good value. Cannot fault a thing. X
