Our third time here in four years and we love it here. Clean place , good breakfast, lovely staff. Nice pool and very close to the beach where Joanna and Helen will welcome you.

This hotel is beautiful! The staff are so so friendly and can’t do enough for you. We had a superior double room and it was spotlessly clean with a huge balcony. The lady on reception organised a taxi and reserved a table at a restaurant in Zia so we could watch the sunset and it was amazing! There is something for everyone at breakfast and it certainly sets you up for the day. Please don’t listen to the negatives as there aren’t any! We had a wonderful week here and the only negative is; we should have stayed longer!

This small hotel is amazing. There is a great choice of food for breakfast. The staff are very friendly and cuddly. They always do a great job and deserve tips we give them. Pool is never full so lots of space. Beach is so close which is good as husband has difficulty with walking. Will always give you extra coat hangers or any other items you need. Kos town is a delightful walk of about ten minutes. Lots of restaurants near hotel to eat which is why we love going B&B. Very popular so book early.

Lovely hotel although coffee in room is only once on check in and isn't replaced. Very clean and tidy. The only complaint is the elderly receptionist on in morning. Very rude and abrupt. Not helpful at all and on checking out walked away without saying thank you or goodbye. Having been a receptionist myself this lady could do with some lessons on politeness.

Recently stayed here for 14 nights and had a somewhat pleasant stay. Breakfast had a pretty big variety of food, but small choice of juices. Plates and cutlery were always clean and the morning staff are cheerful. The pool is very chilly, even with the very high temperatures - it is still very cold when you initially get in. The sun beds are very comfortable and there is plenty of choice so nobody has to ‘fight’ to get one. The pool is cold, but very good size & depth Me and my company stayed in a double room, we have mixed reviews about this room as the first thing we noticed is that the room lacks storage and the floor is very dirty all the time. It needs a good mop, the tv remote especially. We also had a family with us sharing a ‘family’ room but this was far too small for four people. By the end of our stay we also noticed our room smelt quite badly of drains/ sewage. The sink plug we believe it was but because the sink is in our room and not in the shower room it was more evident. In the double room, the closet is a sufficient size but does not have enough coat hangers. There is room for many more. We struggled to find somewhere to put our suitcases out of the way also. The bed is comfortable but the room is very noisy. The desk chairs make a horrific noise across the floor & should definitely have some soft stickers on the chair legs to prevent such a loud sound when you move the chair. The doors are also very thin and as the corridors are very echo-y, you can hear everything. They seem to also fill the soap dispenser up with water, so it’s just a very weak watery mixture. The cleaners come round ridiculously early and rustle loud plastic bags waiting to clean rooms from about 8AM. This was very frustrating as I’d be awoken early everyday by the dragging of a trolleys or plastic bags. I thought the room could’ve gone with a wall hook or two for towels, dressing gowns. For the first few days there was confusion about whether we were allowed to pay in cash or not. Something was mentioned about the bosses not agreeing on payment methods but this was resolved by day 3 and we used our cash to pay. They will not allow more than one key card per room, we found this tricky as a family of four, three being adults who need their own time constantly having to ask each other for the only key card we had. The WiFi is very poor from the room we stayed in with only 2MBS (slow loading) but worked fab downstairs and by the pool etc. What I will say is the TV is very poor. This was really hard with our party having a few young children. No English channel whatsoever, whether it just didn’t work I’m not sure but for a two week stay, we only had one working tv channel which was obviously in Greek. This was quite a let down as we would’ve loved a quiet night in watching some TV. By night 5 we were all struggling with the distance away from town but found the reception staff we spoke to very rude about booking us a taxi. When she was eventually willing to ring for us to possibly book one, it was engaged but after we admitted defeat due to all the sighing and huffing she said, “that’s fine it’s easier for me if you don’t have one.” Overall a little grumpy. They told us if we wanted a taxi we had to book it 24 hrs in advance with a €5 reservation fee. The reception staff just tell people to walk ‘as it is not far’ but be warned - it is a 30 minute walk into town with constant bicycles all over the pavements as they take priority… it is hard if you’re not used to it. One last thing, when we arrived a sign outside said something along the lines of “no outside snacks/ food by pool”, that soon changed to “on hotel premises” - this left us all a bit confused as this hotel does not offer any food after 6pm. Which means if you’re too tired to go out to eat, we were left unsure if we were allowed to order outside food from Wolt (food delivery service) into the hotel to eat. I probably would not stay again as it is further out of town than we imagined and public transport was difficult and the hotel were not keen to book taxi’s for people. Poolside food was good and decently priced. Bar staff at night was fun and really made us giggle.
