Kosta Palace

Great place to stay. Staff really good, location really good. Hotel very clean

Checked in, yes we had booked a loft room, give key to room 18, omg what a dull dingy I'm thought I was in a dungeon, on entering the "living room" was down stairs, it consisted of tiny coffee table and 2 not very comfortable chairs, the bathroom was here too along with the wardrobes, kettle small fridge, ( old takeaway was left in fridge 🤮 ) etc, patio area looked out on street very dark no sun here! Then up the spiral staircase which was quite steep into bedroo which was big enough, double bed and dressing table and chair, very blank and bleak, i absolutely hated it went to reception to see if I could upgrade but couldn't till next day as they were busy, didn't bother unpacking next day the only room available was a business superior double room with veiw of the harbour at a cost of £40 euros extra per night so paid the £240 euros n changed, tbh I don't know what was superior, yes decor was nice, view was lovely but not a lot to make it superior, a printer, a exercise bike oh n slippers, staff were ok not as pleasant as I'd read about apart from the barman he was lovely always had a chat n joke, pool area was nice and girl seeing at the snack bar was lovely, would I return? The jury is out on that one if I did it would be for the beautiful veiw.

Stayed in kosta place for ten days possibly the most bacis hotel l have every stayed in .paid good money so not cheap pool area okay reception okay never stayed for a drink in hotel went to some of the amazing beach bars every day wished l had booked an apartment some were else staff very unpleasant and un helpful on check-in was directed to room by a very rude member of staff l asked for room change all they could offer was an up grade for any other 450 euros .spoke to jet 2 rep and complained hotel not bothered about customers herd loads of complaints dont know were the good reviews come from .

we have been to the palace on numerous occassions and would recommend the harbour view and worth paying that little bit extra for the staff were fantastic from the cleaners to the reception team my only gripe was the lack of plug sockets the rooms could do with some USB ports by the bed so you can charge your phone, Tablets etc

My boyfriend and I are just home from a week stay at Kosta Palace. Great location with lots to do and restaurants nearby. We had a harbour side view and had no issues with noise. We got fresh towels everyday. Staff seemed friendly and always available on reception. The rooms are a little dated and need minor fixings however didn’t impact our stay. The pool was nice too and we always got a sunbed. Drinks at the pool bar were reasonable too. We also booked the shower room for our final day which is no extra charge. Iron and ironing boards were also available to use. We especially loved the hotel cat! Would recommend staying here if you want to be close to Kos Town.
