Kosta Palace

This hotel is in an absolutely fantastic location right in the harbour and so close to the ferry, bars and restaurants. It’s a must if staying at this hotel to get a harbour view so you can watch the comings and goings of the fishermen etc. You could always find something at breakfast to eat and then eat it outside on the patio so you have the beautiful view again of the harbour. The only things I could fault was the hotel is a bit dated and you had to pay for pool towels. The pool is on the room so you have a beautiful panoramic view of Kos and across to Bodrum. We liked this hotel so have booked to go back in October 2027.

Great location, ( Harbour view ) we had a business room, with a printer and an exercise bike, ( we did find the exercise bike quite usefull though, see photo ) room was ok, but not without minor glitches, like dirty cups, bulb not working on bed side lamp, toothbrush missing from complimentry items.Very slow drain in the bath. Towels are in dire need of replacement. On the plus side, Staff are very diligent and polite at all times, from the cleaner right down to the reception staff. Breakfast was just ok for me, way too many silly bits of cakes and biscuits, and veg ? who the hell eats veg for breakfast.

Lovely affordable hotel with great access to Local shops, restaurants and peer right at your door step. Good daily room service too, bedsheets and towels was changed on a daily basis by very friendly staff. Great location if you’re also into finishing.

Lovely location, lovely friendly staff. Excellent barman Joel always likes to be busy and nothing too much trouble. Outwardly the hotel is very clean. Great tasty breakfasts and usually enough room to eat on the excellent veranda. Down side. Needs investments in the rooms. They are definitely not 4 star quality. Old furniture. Shower heads old and blocked, sink tap hardly working. The towels were old and in poor shape and it was a shock to see the young cleaning staff had old shopping trolleys to collect the dirty laundry in. ????
